Farm feels
I loved the feeling of the house and that several activities were provided for children. They had cornhole, frisbees, balls, and all sorts of fun things for kids to do. It was also great to see the chickens and the horses. My kids love being outdoors. The yard is spacious and a great place to gather families.

Spacious rental
This property is a nicely renovated farm house. We really appreciated having three bathrooms! The kitchen was beautiful. The camp style bedroom with 4 twin beds was fun. The property is a short drive to Worlds of Fun, many restaurants, a movie theater with 4D and even a cat cafe.

Great stay
We were in town for my sisters wedding. We thought it would be fun to stay somewhere other than a hotel. We had a great time staying there. Plenty of room for my family and my sisters family. We loved the cats and the horses. We met the property owner and he was really nice and easy to deal with. Would definitely stay again.

Chiefs game getaway
This home was amazing! The decor and warmth in the home made us feel like we were at home. Everything we needed was provided. The property is beautiful, nicely manicured and Cowboy is a great cat host! Plenty of room for our group of 5. We came for a Chiefs game, the house was only a 25 minute drive. We will definitely be back for our next game! Thank you for such a great experience!

Farmhouse stay
The farm house is lovely and big enough to have a big family or group of friends. We loved sitting in the backyard with the barn cats. We visited the Elms Spa and the Fence Stile Vineyards and went for great Indian food at Seva Cuisine of India.

Best place in KC!
This is the second time I’ve stayed at this property, and it doesn’t disappoint! So much space, inside and out, clean, and it had everything you could want! Three full bathrooms which made everything easier when we got ready each day. Plenty of gathering space in the kitchen, or dining room, and family room! I would highly recommend the property for family gatherings, girl groups, or just a nice night away! Super close to fine dining, the Historic Liberty Square and all of it’s boutique shopping. Great place!

The home was clean, appointing and quiet. The property is on an active farm and we had nightly visits from the barn cats, which we enjoyed. Property manager was kind. We didn’t need anything during our stay and all needs were met.

Cute farmhouse stay great for a larger group
Very large property. The house was well stocked with everything but butter knives. We did not do a large amount of cooking as we were visiting other family, but it seemed if you needed to cook you would not be missing anything. Property manager was very helpful when I left something of importance behind. Would gladly stay here again.

Wonderful family time
We had a wonderful time with family , age 18 months to 89 years. Everyone enjoyed the "farmhouse" experience, the spacious living area, the ample sleeping spaces and well equipped kitchen. The delightful outdoor setting provided excellent opportunity for playing games, watching the animals, building a bonfire to roast marshmallows, and communing with nature. Thank you and God Bless.

Barn's Family Farm
We are a group of 6 senior who quilt and meet annually at different locations around the US. This is the best home we have ever rented in the 20 plus years we have been meeting. The home was well appointed with everything we would need, rooms were comfortable ,it was quiet and yet with 15 minutes of groceries, restaurants and shopping. 25 minutes to the airport. The local host was very responsive. We will definitely comeback.

Wedding weekend
Loved the whole "farm" experience! Spent some nice time around the kitchen table. It's really nice when the pantry and fridge have staples -- like spices, condiments, etc. That was a nice bonus. We took advantage of all the beds in the large BR#3 for friends who were also in town for the wedding -- it was great to be able to spend time together between activities. Everyone thought the house was a huge hit! If we find ourselves back in KC in the future, we'll definitely stay there again! Thank you so much!

Dreamy Farm House with Horses
Our family was celebrating a recent adoption of two additional teenage daughters, at Kauffman stadium and Worlds of Fun in KC. The farm house added a special magic to all the memories we made that weekend. It was peaceful and picturesque - felt like playing house at Green Gables. Thanks for letting us pet the horses!

Plenty of room in KC!
This farmhouse was perfect for me and my boys when we spent three days in the KC area for Royals games! The house is very accommodating with tons of space, the acreage gave us lots of room for football and frisbee, the drive to Kauffman is quick and easy and Liberty is a terrific town with lots of history!

Perfectly Met Our Needs
This beautiful property just on the outskirts of Liberty was a wonderful place for our group! The house has so much character, was impeccably clean, and the communication experience with the property manager was excellent. We had a wonderful time on this farm (How cute are those barn cats?) and would gladly book it again.

We had the pleasure of staying at a beautiful farmhouse in Liberty, MO. We came from Southern California to visit family and friends who moved to Missouri. The farmhouse was close to shopping and other tourist attractions. The house was very cozy and comfortable with lots of room. We loved the property and enjoyed everything it had to offer. We will definitely stay there again the next time we visit.

Easy stay!
What you see is what you get with this property! Communication was fast and easy and though we brought a lot to keep our little ones entertained, it was nice to have a game shelf in the loft area for the kids! It definitely served our needs. Thank you!

Thanksgiving Family Time
The Burn's Family Farm is really a great place. This old family house is welcoming to family gatherings and making memories. Our kids and grandchildren enjoyed playing in the big back yard. There is so many places to sit and relax . The kitchen is so nice and comfortable. Our family had a fabulous family time.

Great stay for families
My family and my sister’s family enjoyed our stayed at the farm house this summer. It was a perfect fit to enjoy family time and to make memories in a peaceful, relaxing setting. The house is beautiful and well maintained. We loved that there were chickens, horses and a cute barn cat on the property. We also loved that the kitchen was big enough to make family meals in with ease. Our kids loved the loft bedroom and the games provided by the property hosts.

Little slice of country heaven!
What a great property ! The house was perfect. The restoration of the old farm house was fabulous with all baths and kitchen up to date while still leaving some of the old charm. The house was close to everything but still felt like country. The entire family loved it so much that we had a professional photographer come to the house for familly pictures ! We want to thank Jack and the Burns Family for sharing their little slice of country heaven with us ! We will be back !

This farm house was the perfect place for our family to gather for our sons wedding., that took place in Kansas City. It is relaxing and very peaceful. The home is beautiful and very well arranged and designed. They had all the kitchen supplies needed to fix meals for our family. They took care In thinking of items visitors may need. The home was very well designed for a large family. Jack is a fantastic host. Cowboy the fat arm cat is the best.

Christmas in Liberty
My family really loved the farm house Christmas we got to experience this year. The house was the prefect size for our family of 7. Its location was next to downtown liberty and some great restaurants. There are some great jogging trails nearby. My kids loved looking at the animals and the owner was very accessible and friendly.

The farmhouse is super clean and very modern with all the updates you need.
This Liberty farmhouse is perfect from the decor, supplies, seating, sleep accommodation, to location. If you are looking for a great relaxing get away this is your place. It has a classic setting but the house is very updated and the owners have taken care to make sure the guest have all the little goodies you need. The kitchen sink dripped but that did not bother us. We had a family Christbas dinner and it was perfect.

Girls weekend retreat
Several of us girls were due for a gathering, and Burns Farm was the PERFECT place. We were close to the airport, grocery store and coffee shops, but mostly we were outside of town and the distraction that brings. We enjoyed sitting out in the warm autumn sun under the large trees. The renovation on this family farmhouse is exquisite. I hear that Lori was the designer of the reno (...eh hem, thanks Jack) and she did an outstanding job. The open kitchen was very well appointed and easy to prepare all our meals in. We enjoyed being able to all gather around the dining room table to eat. The living room was the perfect place to gather at night in our jammies and reconnect with each other and encourage each other in the season of life we have found ourselves in. We have already talked about Burns Farm being our yearly gathering place. Just perfect.

Fantastic Farmhouse!
This home is the perfect place for a getaway! From the picturesque setting with the barn and the beautiful details inside of the house, I fell in love with the place within minutes of arriving. We had plenty of room for 5 women to have space to sleep and we all enjoyed the classic decor with the fully updated and functionality of the kitchen and bathrooms. The owners went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and we are already planning our next visit!!!
