The bedsheets had stains on them. The pool was not open…would not have booked if I knew that. The room looked nothing like the photos posted.

The lady who helped us get checked in was very accommodating and helpful. She was very nice. The room was clean but very dated. They allow dogs to stay with guests in the room which is nice for those who have pets, however the room across from us had dogs that barked half the time and it kept us and others awake. If i had to give this place a start rating i would probably give them a 3.5 start rating.

Here’s why I liked this place: It’s old and worn but pretty clean considering. Very quiet. I travel with a dog and there was actually some place near to take a nice walk. Staff was responsive and friendly.

Very strange activity in the evening. Hotel staff in short shorts doing laundry at random late hours. Men in and out of the building late and night check outs. I can imagine what was going on. I’ll let you decide for yourself. Will book this “hotel” again.

Room was very clean. Bed was comfortable. Staff was friendly. Hotel appeared to be located in a safe area. I would stay there again.

I stay here often. My biggest complaint is lack of parking and tiny pillows. But the staff is friendly and willing to help at any time!

Best hotel staff ever!!!
Most amazing staff! Friendly and super helpful and accommodating. We travel a lot and I have never been treated so nice and had such friendly staff that went the extra mile to make us comfortable, from making breakfast past the normal time for us to bringing my daughter's cake.

Clean and friendly
For a hotel, it was pretty clean. Staff is very friendly and helpful, but unfortunately bring their personal drama to work with them.

I was disappointed that the Jacuzzi tub was out of order. The room had a moldy smell. There was a very small amount toilet paper on the roll and no replacement roll. The staff was extremely friendly.

The room was clean but musty smelling. Was suppose to have a handicapped room but they had us on second floor and no elevator. The clerk did move us to first floor so that was good.

after paying on hotels.com they trird to tell me i didnt pay even when i had prof they still argued for like 2 hours and 30 min i left and about a hour latter they call me to tell me they figured it out it was on there end

The staff was very accommodating and they really went out of their way to make sure we enjoyed our stay. Patricia, in particular, was extremely helpful and kind... So much in fact that we stayed an extra day.

I liked that it was quiet. It may have just been our timing, but usually I don't sleep well in motels. We all slept pretty well. I loved the softness of the pillows.

They charged my debit card FOUR times for various amounts!! Another guest said she was paying cash, yet her credit card for incidentals was charged the full amount, leaving her broke. Additional but less serious complaints: no breakfast, empty vending machines, faulty key cards, nobody behind the desk for long periods of time, and poor WiFi. There is a computer in the lobby but it doesn’t work and there is a language barrier with the staff, making it difficult to resolve the financial issues. Fellow guests were more helpful than the staff. I will never stay here again.
