Excellent property in Karachi, Pakistan. Excellent and very helpful staff . The property extremely clean and the breakfast had a lot of great local favorites. Definitely stay here again and also highly recommended

A good option for Karachi
The hotel was in a safe location with guards and security checks. Guests ranged from families to business people and included nationals and foreigners. As the creek is nearby traffic noise was minimal - allowing for a good nights rest in an otherwise loud city. The air conditioning was good and reliable. The breakfast was good with a range of Pakistani and Western options, including excellent bakery items. A small area for improvement is having a coffee machine which is better than the instant coffee which was on offer. Room service was relatively prompt. We did have to ask for an iron as there wasn't one in the room. The room and bathroom were a good size. Special mention to Vijay Kumar the F&B manager who was always courteous, as well as the Chef and waitresses. Yasmeen in housekeeping who was friendly and organised, and Aneela at front of house who was most helpful and polite.

Again, such a fantastic stay. So well looked after - breakfast is superb, the room was always cleaned well and airports transfers made it all so easy. I always stay here. Great location as well.

While booking of property electric kettle & sleeper was mentioned in the list of facilities but actual is not, eventhough the I asked on the first day of my stay on 27th March & duty manager (evening shift) is refused to provide & next afternoon I asked again but its not work. What's this rubbish, faced stabbing attitude for a such small thing.

Having used this hotel extensively over the past 4 years it was disappointing this time round where an airport transfer was going to cost - this has always been complimentary and a lovely service. A shame really, and it seems staff could not agree on what was the policy…

Everyone was great! Night auditor is scum!
Everyone at the hotel was amazing. Yaseen, Cheryl and Qaisar were the best! The absolute only reason why I gave 3 stars is because of Khan, the night auditor. He is a con. A con artist. I got off a 16 hour flight from the USA. I check in at 4 am. I paid the early check-in amount of $71. Khan made a phone call to get me into the room early and said something like a favor for a favor. I worked for the Marriott when I was in college, and customer service is a requirement, not extortion. He then messaged my phone several nights asking for 20,000 rupees for his sister's wedding. Watch out for him!

The bathroom could use a deep cleaning. The bedspread had blood on it. The pillows had sweat stains. The a/c rarely worked, as well as the wifi. The customer service and staff was very friendly.

Hotel is more like a guest house, front desk is not that responsive, even bathroom drain was clogged, repeated requests were made to stop noise from roof top but no one heard. Even the parking is out in the street

2 star hotel - pathetic experience
Extreamly terrible experience. No where near a four star rating . Unprofessional staff , kept us waiting 45 minutes after the booking was done from hotels.com Room had no water bottles. Pathetic staff took 40 minutes to get luggage from car . Had no medical facility when asked for a simple paracetamol . Clueless unprofessional staff . Services equalent to 2 star hotel .

Nice stay in Karachi
I had a nice stay at this hotel. My room was very spacious. Staff was very friendly. I did note a need for renovation at several points. Also, the shower did not drain properly. The hotel was very kind to pick me up at the other Ramada in town when my shuttle from the airport dropped me at the wrong location.
