One of The staff asked me for additional cash for the booking. Saying that price is higher then what expidia charged.

Ganesh ji we believe you have misunderstood what we have told you about booking. We never ask for extra money for booking. Money will be charged as per your booking details.

Déception totale
Personne ne savait rien de la réservation Chambre sale, pas d'eau aux toilettes, douche inexploitable. Le lendemain, suite à mes commentaires la direction me propose une meilleure chambre. Sans prendre la peine de la visiter, c'est NON sur toute la ligne La belle image en couleur du site n'est qu'un leurre Je déconseille fortement

It's not fair to post reviews without having a stay experience at our place. You never made phone calls and our location is in google. Everybody is using google maps and find the place. For others no problem to find our place. Good luck next time.

The staff was very helpful answering any questions they were also very kind. Great place to stay good price nice rooms.

Not even a fan in the room. But staff are nice. Bad smell in room and bathroom. If they fix the smell and fan, they are in a great location.

We offered you a better room but you didn't want to pay more so you ended up staying in a basic dorm room for 3 per night. So what can you expect for that price? Of course, when more people stay room can get dirty and smelly. In the future, we will provide you with a better room and better service.

Solid and affordable private room
For the price-level this is a solid choice. Cleaner than other similarly priced hotels and solid wi-fi. The hot shower was a big plus.

Pro: super comfortable bed. Cons: delayed check-in because staff didn't check their Expedia booking. lots of mosquitoes on the first night.

Thank you for your review summit. I want to clarify something. Check-in was delayed only by 10 minutes because you just booked last minute. We informed about mosquitoes too, either use mosquito repellent or close windows.
