You have to manually go make your second payment. It will not automatically come out like every other listing. Host cancelled reservation out from underneath us and stranded me and my mother in a parking lot on the day of stay. (Even though house was still available). Do not let this happen to you!! After host cancelled reservation on day of stay, not only did they strand us, but they kept the payment and refused to refund. Do not let this happen to you and your family!!!
