“All the staff were friendly and professional. The room was a refurbished one and it was lovely and clean. The pool was fabulous and warm, also there was a nice scent to it. I had a refreshing facial with Amanda, who was excellent and gave me some much-needed advice. The hotel is in need of some renovation, however it looks like that's already in progress. “This is a lovely hotel in an amazing cbtesk location in the city. We were going to an event at the City Hall which is just 5 min walk away. It’s got plenty of restaurant choices in easy walking distance and is situated in a lovely part of the city on the edge of the lovely Peace Garden. The staff were friendly and the hotel lobby and bar are really nice as was our bedroom. The hotel doesn’t have its own parking but has a deal with a large car park 5min walk away at a discounted rate. ”

“Me and my partner were overall happy with our stay yet we both agreed that a few things could have been better. When we checked in we were told that the person helping us was unsure to give us free breakfast even though our room came with it .
