We are actively working on improving the check-in process to be easier on our guests and hope you get to experience up updated and more streamlined process soon!Part of the communication improvement will be around talking about our contactless check-in process, just because we don’t have a front desk doesn’t mean we don’t have staff onsite or nearby to help with anything that arises, we just don’t have the traditional front desk setup that folks are accustomed to. We have a team onsite or nearby during our business hours to help with any and all needs, and we can see that this left you feeling alone with the broken blinds and lamps. We have ordered the blinds for replacement and have been eagerly waiting for their arrival. Unfortunately a previous guest broke them and we didn’t have a spare set of custom blinds on-hand. Regarding the broken lamps, we will make sure to check all equipment in the room, which is normally our standard practice, but I will make sure to take this opportunity to re-address with our team to make sure this doesn’t happen again.
