“Excellent remote location with very friendly staff.
Rooms were roomy but can use some maintenance. Hot water was intermittent at times
Food was mediocre at best for the meal plan price of $130 per person per day, I understand that it is a remote and takes money and effort to get the food here
Dive operation can use some improvements for sure
Lack of boat dock here is a major drawback
They need to build a small dock so that dive operation and guest experience can be better

“Wow! Vale Sekula looked too good to be true- it was as amazing if not better than advertised! Tony (the owner) was an excellent communicator and Robert and Vinna (the caretakers) were amazing people, good at communicating and helping us arrange rides and activities, and Vinna’s cooking was top notch and fresh from her garden! Our family is a land-locked bunch that rarely has or likes fish, but Vinna made 3 fish dishes for us, and we were all licking our bowls and enjoying leftovers! The property...
“This is a great place to stay with a great family. We felt welcome from the moment we arrived, had a wonderful easy time and were very sorry to leave. This isn't a hotel or resort - it's a homestay and we really felt at home. Jale, Nita, Sia and Jima are creative, interesting and generally exceptional people and perfect hosts. They can organise lots of things for you to do, but they don't 'push' anything. It's up to you. The food was REALLY excellent - some of the best food we've eaten, ever,...
“This property was a dream. Incredibly clean, friendly staff and so beautiful. Food was amazing! The grounds are kept immaculate and the rooms are so lovely. Complete rest and relaxation is what you get here!”
“Idyllic location on a hill overlooking the ocean with a gorgeous property and bungalow. Knox and Kelera treat their guests like family and are incredibly gracious. They made a lovo dinner for us which was delicious and Knox drove us to all of our day trip destinations filling the driving time with interesting observations about the island and history. One of the nicest vacation stays I have ever experienced. ”
“The property is beautiful and the owners are so nice. It is very remote area, so only one option for dining. You can cook I. Your kitchenette, but we were not prepared for the hotel being so far away from the nearest store or restaurant. Plan ahead. Shop on your way there or co tact owners ahead of time to see about arranging for meals. ”
