Interior of house smells awful
The interior of the house smells intensely of urine. The carpet was shampooed during our stay but did not help at all. This house also needs a lot of updates and improvements. The Tuckahoe neighborhood is great but we would not recommend this house.

Worn out and dirty. Read yelp reviews for more of the same.
The location and dimensions were as advertised. HOWEVER, the pictures used were either several years old or brushed up with an APP. The furniture looked dated in the pictures but in good shape. The furniture was actually worn and dirty. The same can be said for the showers, paint, moldings, etc. Every thing was dirty and needed to cleaned. Housekeeping said they can only due basic cleanings between stays. Ridiculous. The dishwasher was broken and the buttons worn off. Management said it was on order and it arrived the last day. The exterior looks much faded compared to the pictures and is awful and overgrown. I have numerous pictures of all of it. If management is not aware of the condition they are incompetent or lying, the last is my guess. Most calls we made got the text response at 345pm. Do not stay at this place or rent from this company. Yelp had the same reviews, wish I looked there first.

Disappointed
Great Location, but everything else was disappointing. The furnishings were dated, which is obvious from the photos. But, what is not obvious is the lack of care of the property. There was an un-repaired hole in one of the walls. We saw the rental agency representative leave the house and she didn't mention it. The sofa was pretty gross and the oven/stove was inconsistent and took a long time to heat up. The kitchen chairs had a slightly sticky feel. I don't think I've stayed at a rental in such poor shape. This wasn't a true VRBO, it was actually run by a rental agency.
