Great location. Breakfast buffet was good with great service. Did not clean the room the last two days of being there. Had to get our own clean towels and toilet paper. Pool and Bar attendant s were good but sat and smoked pot all day. Pool area could have a little more attention as cleanup was seldom done. Early morning front desk personnel did not know how to use the credit card machine. In spite of this we enjoyed our stay on Ko Samui.

Fantastisk service och otroligt trevlig personal, väldigt bra läge på stranden, långgrunt vatten. Bra läge på hotellet till allting i närheten, restauranger, marknad, barer, klubbar. Fina rum, kändes fräscht, inga mygg, bra a/c. Bäddning var något sådär, vet inte säkert om de dammsuger då det var sandigt på golv/i sängen trots nybäddat. Men inget som egentligen störde så mycket. Frukosten var helt okej, inget extraordinärt men det finns något för alla. Maten i restaurangen helt okej, bra priser, goda shakes/juicer. Absolut prisvärt! Vi hade absolut kommit tillbaka!!

Friendly, Comfortable Beach-Side Hotel
This is a little gem within walking distance, but on the quieter side, of all Chaweng's amenities and Central Mall. The staff are lovely, the hotel is clean and it is extremely friendly. The staff cannot do enough to help. I want to give particular mention to servers Pan, Gaye, Bee, Mau Thai and Palm. I should name receptionists and our room attendant too, except that we did not get their names. I stayed here in April and loved it, so returned for a holiday with my wife who loved it too. The hotel was being painted and so we were given a 500 Baht per day credit to use against F&B in the hotel, which was very generous. We will certainly return.

We booked this hotel after extending couple of days on Koh Samui. Didn't expect too much given the pictures and ratings but I was surprised it offered more than I expected. Very friendly and helpful staff, the staff in the kitchen helping out making sure everything is in place during the breakfast, which by the way was more than enough. The rooms are kept clean, sure you can tell the bathroom is a bit old but we got it very cleaned every day. The location is perfect, if you're looking for the best suitable location at Chaweng Beach this hotel got you covered.

Udemærket hotel med fin service
Lækker beliggenhed lige yd til Chaweng Beach, som er en fantastisk strand. Hotellet kunne godt trænge til noget opdatering. Vi fik først et værelse i stueetagen. Værelset lugtede desværre af fugt. Vi bad om et nyt værelse, hvilket de imødekom, på første sal. Generelt rent. Meget venligt personale. Udemærket køkken. Morgenmaden kunne godt være lidt bedre, da udvalget var meget begrænset. Om natten er der desværre larm fra nærliggende natklubber. Mange butikker med gåafstand. Tæt på øens shoppingcenter.

Resort is in a great location. Staff are very pleasant.. especially the cleaning staff! So lovely and greet you with the biggest smile! If I return to Samui I would stay here again. The breakfast buffet was great!

Good hotel at the beach & great location & staff!
Great location, clean pool, we stayed for 10 nights and it was positioned for easy access to everywhere at Chaweng. Check in and check out was speedy. Breakfast was good, not lots of choices, but everything is fresh and tasty and the staff were very helpful. Special thanks to Tuk Tuk and Job. Even the hotel is a bit run down in some places, our Ocean side room on 3 floor was as new – very spacious, modern, very bright and lots of light, clean, lots of storage space, and well provisioned with fresh towels and toiletries, what was supplemented daily. Impeccable AC, consistent wifi. Hotel cleaning works perfectly, every day our room was cleaned quickly and efficiently. Special thanks to Ratri. If you wish to have a real peaceful time, ask room at higher floor, 3 or 4, - first night we had it at the 1 floor, and it wasn’t so bright and You cannot open the curtains properly, as the other guests walking by,- and close to the ocean, as the rooms close to the street can be very noisy. Hotel have a reggae bar in one side, and almost every night there was loud noise, music, singing even at 3-4 a clock in the morning, and if You want to go sleep earlier, is simply impossible. Also at the other side is irish pub, and when they have live music, sounds are heard as a cacophony. It was hard to understand how it’s even possible that the reggae bar what's right next to the hotel can even be in operation, because it makes a terrible noise at the night time and interferes with customers' sleep.

C est un motel et pas un hôtel ! Vue sur rien d un côté et sur jardin de l autre mais seulement au Etage Eleve . Chambre avec forte odeur d égout ou de parfum. Moisissure sur les tapis de bain. Produit de bain qui pue ! Et personnel ODIEUX qui n hésiterons pas à vous mettre dehors si vous n êtes pas content !

大変素敵な時間を過ごすことが出来ました。 結婚1周年での宿泊を、事前に予約時にお伝えしていたところ、ベッドにアニバーサリーの文字と、ケーキをご用意頂きました。 感動しました。 スタッフの方は、とてもフレンドリーです。 空港からも近く帰るまでのギリギリまで遊べ、ホテルの送迎もスタッフの方のお迎えで安心して利用する事が出来ました。 近くには、お店も多く食事も買い物も、便利でした。 周りは夜遅くまでお店も開いており、賑やかですが、ホテルに入ってしまえば、周りの音が気になることはありませんでした。 部屋もとても清潔で、家にいるようにリラックス出来ました。 昼間はビーチでゆっくりのんびりして、日が落ちたら、買い物や食事に出かける。 普段できない、のんびりした時間を提供してくださるホテルでした。
