Nous avons passé une semaine dans cet hôtel malheureusement très déçu car nous étions chambre sur jardin la chambre nous étions était vétuste usse, salle de bain rideau de douche moisi de la moisissure sur les joints l'eau qui s'écoule sur les côtés et par terre placard intérieur non nettoyé et côté on dirait qu'il y avait de la moisissure, climatisation bruit infernal Certaines femmes de ménage ne faisaient pas bien leur travail, la grande piscine au milieu par contre très propre mais la piscine enfant très sale, donc pour les personnes qui voudraient réserver je vous conseille de réserver chambre vue sur la piscine et pas ailleurs

Bonjour à tous la pire expérience des hôtels alors vous demandez pourquoi il y a des personnes qui m'ont mettent des très bonnes notes et moi je mets 0 tout simplement il y a un bâtiment devant la piscine qui est neuf et nous avons été mis devant le jardin un bâtiment usagé et hors service à éviter à tout prix à fuir même et les femmes de ménage s'occupent que du bâtiment neuf et pratiquement peu du bâtiment usagé donc il est laissé à l'abandon à éviter comme la peste

A great hotel right next to the beach, pool area fantastic and in the centre of the resort. The only downsides for me were that the bar and restaurant were very expensive compared to the surrounding hotels and were therefore empty, also the bathrooms are ready for a makeover, but neither would deter me from staying there again

Hôtel calme avec superbe cadre, piscine top. Accès direct à la plage, massage face à la mer peu couteux. Petit déjeuner correct sans plus. Bien situé au centre de Lamai. Le hic c’est les chambres. Rdc odeurs de moisissures et de renfermé. Les climatiseurs sont très bruyants ou ne fonctionnent pas. Si vous le pouvez (financièrement) optez directement pour une « chambre premier » Bien mieux qu’une chambre standard ou supérieur. L’entretien des chambres est fait de bricolage les parquets sont gondolés ou détériorés les faux plafond taché rebouché et repeint à l’arrache… La propreté des chambres est correcte. Préférez les apéros et repas à l’extérieur moins chère et tout aussi bon.

The staff are what make this place so comfortable. The reception are always keen to help and always happy and kind. The rooms for the price, it’s very very fair.

いつもラマイビーチにくる時は泊まっていますが綺麗なホテルです プールはインフィニティプールで眺めも最高です。強いて言うなら朝食ビュッフェの種類が少ないかな。それ以外は大体良いです。

Loved my stay at the weekender and it was great value for money. 4 lovely pools and a private beach area, lovely room with comfy bed. Aesthetic of the resort was lovely and the staff were very helpful kind at all times. I would recommend this resort

Nice little place and was very affordable. My girlfriend is very high maintenance and she even liked the room lol. She’s a brat. Anyways, the staff was super friendly and all the locals on this part of the island were fantastic. We loved our stay so much we even stayed an extra night (they gave us a discounted rate at the front desk) Only downside is there was some construction around the pool area, so it was kind of loud. We ended up staying at a pool down the street on our last day. Would stay here again!

Nous avons hébergé dans cette établissement 15 jours au niveaux commerce ces pas mal tout et à proximité. Concernant la propreté vrement salle les toilettes jamais nettoyées le service moyen je dirais que ca mérite pas 3 étoiles je dirais 2 étoiles. Très cher concernant l’es consommation On peux allez à 5 minutes à pied à l’autre hôtel les prix son moins élevé, les chambre son mal nettoyée un hôtel à évite pour le prix

Nie mehr
Die Zimmer sind renovierungsbedürftig. Die Wasserhähne im Bad schauen aus, als wären sie seit Jahren nicht geputzt worden, voller Kalk. Ich mußte insgesamt 3x das Zimmer wechseln. Einmal hat es rein geregnet, beim nächsten gingen weder Safe noch Telefon, beim dritten war die Matratze schon etwas durchgelegen. Ein paar Kakalaken gabs auch in den Zimmern. Nur das Management sah das alles als nicht so schlimm an.

There are many different levels of rooms at this property. After looking at the online photos, we were a little disappointed when we walked into our dark, mostly kinda clean, room overlooking the Main Street. It was pretty cheap, so it made sense afterwards. We really did spend much time in there and the double patio actually made it pretty quiet. We spent most of the time at the beach which they did rake every day and I doubt you’ll find any property on Lamai Beach that is perfectly free of beach garbage. The hotel staff was wonderful and really helped us with a travel problem we were having.

Staff were helpful and friendly my room was spacious but the bathroom was a bit dated breakfast wasn’t that great with the hot food cold perhaps if they had some lids for the trays the food came in it might have keep The food at least warm. the pool area was the best part of the resort leading on to the beach

Good hotel and not expensive!
Perfect If you want to stay in the middle of Lamai and dont want to spend to much! Friendly and caring crew/staff! Nice Gym and except me No one find the map to it. Beautiful pool and nice View from the restaurant over the Beach and Sea. Overall, VERY VALUE for the money :)

Nice setting. Standard room, substandard, very tired decor and bathroom unclean, shower head just hanging on, air-con stuck on 30, no assistance, no fan given when requested from night reception even when there was one next to him not being used. Day time receptionists helpful. Beach front lovely, food ok.

Location Awesome But Dated and Not The Cleanest
While the hotel is in a good location and could be amazing but the value for money is not there. The standard rooms while affordable are extraordinarily dated, nowhere near the price being charged, they do have nicer bungalows and premium rooms but at a huge premium. The pool area is nice, the dining area and bar however was filled with mosquito's. My room was not properly cleaned some days, furniture had been moved to clean behind and not replaced, used towels left in the room despite being left on the floor to be picked up, balcony was not mopped etc etc

L'hôtel est bien placé en centre-ville vous pouvez tout faire à pied restaurant commerce marché. Il y a une magnifique piscine à débordement face à la mer et une salle de gym magnifique En amélioration la literie est très très dur et le lit supplémentaire et un canapé avec un matelas dur comme de la pierre. Il faudrait aussi faire un effort sur les petits déjeuners qui ne propose pas de joie suffisant pour la clientèle européenne. Attention si vous avez mal au dos les galettes sur les transats sont aussi très très dur. Le plus de l'hôtel c'est qu'il y a un salon de massage en plein air face à la mer au même prix qu'en ville avec une superbe prestation
