Szanowny Panie Jarosławie, Dziękujemy za dodanie opinii związanej z Pana pobytem w naszym hotelu. Niestety ciężko nam się ustosunkować do treści opinii z uwagi na jej bardzo ogólny charakter. Pozostajemy do dyspozycji i zachęcamy do podzielenia się z nami uwagami nieco bardziej szczegółowymi, tak abyśmy mogli poprawić to, co w Pana opinii nie nadaje hotelowi statusu trzech gwiazdek.

Tragedia
Problemy z wytłumaczeniem, że oferta w Hotelsie była ze śniadaniem.Maile (z potwierdzeniem rezerwacji, linkiem do strony Hotelsu itp.) i telefony w tej sprawie przed wyjazdem (i niby wszystko wyjaśnione), a po przyjeździe znowu domaganie się dopłaty za śniadanie. Na śniadaniu wrzątek i kawa rozpuszczalna lub mielona, za kawę z ekspresu trzeba dodatkowo zapłacić! Trzeba zabrać ze sobą mocniejsze żarówki, bo inaczej można stracić wzrok, choć w pokoju są 4 punkty świetlne. Poplamiona wykładzina podłogowa. Generalnie - tragedia.

This was a one-night stay in Wieliczka - we were visiting local salt mine (which was really very interesting). Hotel was clean and comfortable with tasty breakfast.

The hotel itself is ok. They haven't got highchair for little kids and no play corner

Friendly and helpful owner & staff. Great breakfast, clean room and shower, good price/quality! Zeer vriendelijke eigenaresse en behulpzame staf. Uitgebreid ontbijt, prima kamers, prijs kwaliteit verhouding is uitstekend.
