Excelente hotel , habitaciones confortables, cómodas y espaciosas, ubicación en el centro histórico. El desayuno buffet muy variado en los días que estuvimos y lo mejor muy buena atención y amabilidad por parte de todo el personal del hotel

Hotel excelente en todo: confort y facilidad con el check in check out, personal agradable y atento, servicial en todo momento, habitaciones muy amplias impecables, el desayuno tipo bufet excelente, hotel muy bien ubicado en la zona céntrica histórica de Cracovia por lo que no se necesita transporte en esta área, si para zonas turísticas alejadas como las minas de sal y Auschwit

Está muy bien ubicado, cerca del centro; el buffet muy bien y la atención de las chicas muy bueno. No me gustó que en la habitación se escuchara el drenaje o el paso del agua; no deja dormir porque todo el tiempo se escucha.

Nos trataron muy bien. Aunque llegamos mucho antes de la hora de entrada, y aun sin haber solicitado entrada temprana, como la habitación estaba desocupada, nos permitieron hacer la entrada sin problema

Room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Decent breakfast and friendly staff. Only minor point was that there was water tank noise above my room which was distracting to sleep with. But overall a good stay.

Loved this hotel. Beautiful large room. Parking was only about $8 for 24hrs. And close. Public transport was few 100 feet away just before the parking. This hotel was just inside the old town. Stepping outside the door, with in 5 minutes, you had everything, bars, clubs, restaurants, shops, and best of all, the beautiful square all lit up at night. Seemed like a dream. We had been this trip to Vienna, Budapest, Prague, but Krakow was the most beautiful city center. There is a bar, restaurant, theatre under an 11th century Tower in the square. These cave cellars are amazing.

Great Location
This hotel was in a wonderful location. Close to everything. It was very nice. The bathroom floors were heated which was very nice for November. The breakfast was wonderful. All of the staff were really friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend and would stay here again.

Hidden Gem in Old Town Krakow
A very quaint, boutique hotel with comfortable rooms, plenty of charm and conveniently located to Old Town Krakow. Everything is very walkable and the main train station is only short walking distance from the hotel.

Great location, helpful staff!
Really great location & staff. The only problem I had was that my room had some mold in it, on the ceiling/in the bathroom, and it’s smelled as so.

The Hotel Wit Stwosz is perfectly located in the historic Old Town, an easy walk from the main train station. It is clean and well run, beds are comfortable, hot water is good. An amazingly good breakfast is served in the renovated cellar. On my next trip to Krakow I will unhesitatingly choose this hotel.

Excellent emplacement. Hôtel très propre. Très bon petit déjeuner avec une grande variété de produit. L'hôtel est bien centré donc bruyant la nuit mais cest supportable car les fenêtres sont relativement bien insonorisées. Je recommande cet endroit.

Value, charm and comfort.
A charming independent hotel with pleasant staff and an outstanding breakfast. I had a suite for which I paid an amazingly reasonable price. A few minutes' walk gets you to the main square. Quite remarkable.

A GREAT FIND! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
Booked for a 4 night stay. Hotel only a couple of minutes walk to Old Town square. Check in quick and easy with English speaking reception who were very friendly, helpful and happy to arrange a cheap taxi ride with Megataxis to wherever you may need to go a little further out. (80 zloty to airport). Room was spacious and bright on 3rd floor with large skylights and blinds in ceiling. Even though we didnt want room making up everyday we still got it unless we caught up with maid and told her not to bother. Because of early starts on 2 of our days we didnt go down to breakfast but was told we could be given a breakfast box from 6.30am each day to take with us. This was a great touch but we didnt take advantage of it as one of our trips picked us up at 5.45am. Great selection at included breakfast buffet when we did attend. Mixtures of continental meats, cheeses, yoghurts cereals etc. Fresh crusty bread, hot sausages, toasted ham and cheese sandwiches aswell as the offer of scrambled or fried eggs. Would definetely recommend this hotel for Location, cleanliness, friendliness and value for money. A great find.

A group of ten of us have just returned from a fantastic visit to Krakow. The hotel is situated in a great location, very close to the bars and shops and the main square. Despite this it was extremely quiet both during the day and at night. The rooms were outstanding. the level of service from the staff was second to none. This is without doubt one of the best hotels myself or my friends have ever stayed in. No minus points at all!

Kan ikke bli bedre :-)
Helt topp hotell. Store rom med gode senger. Stille og rolig selv om det bare var fire minutter å gå til torget midt i gamlebyen. Vi skulle opp og avgårde tidlig begge morgenene vi var der, så vi fikk ikke prøvd frokostsalen. Men, istedenfor så fikk vi store lunsj-poser med oss fra kl 6.30. Veldig mye mat og drikke. Dette var imponerende!
