Dear Gilberto, We are doing our best to provide all our guests the easiest way to get to us but sometimes when the booking is not direct, contact is difficult. Due to our special location on the river it is obviously not possible to drive right to the entrance of the hotel, but our parking lot is located 2-3 min walking from the hotel. We also have a golf car to help with transport with a lot of luggage our walking problems :)We hope you will visit us again and this time your stay will be 5/5!Best regardsKasia, New Port

As for the location, you can always find us on google maps, because it is not possible to direct our guests directly to the historic Volyn Boulevard where we are located (by car). Our location is really not conducive to shopping, but in return we have the best view in Krakow :) and plenty of space to walk by the river! As for the knowledge of the English language of our staff, it will of course get better with time. We hope you will visit us again and it will be even better experience next time!
