Hotel muy moderno y recién estrenado. Se encuentra cruzado el río, a escasos kilómetros a pie del centro de Cracovia. La otra opción es coger el tranvía que se encuentra justo enfrente de la entrada del hotel y te deja en el centro en apenas 8 minutos. Habitación grande, espaciosa y bien equipada. Cuarto de baño impoluto y grande. El desayuno bastante completo pero hemos echado en falta algunas piezas de bolleria. El personal del hotel muy servicial y siempre con una sonrisa. Si volvemos a Cracovia, sin duda volveremos.

Una buena opción para alojarse en Cracovia
A pesar de estar al otro lado del río, está justo al cruzarlo y el barrio judío está al lado y el paseo hasta la zona antigua es muy agradable. El personal el super amable. La habitación amplia y la cama supercómoda. El desayuno es variadísimo y muy rico. No usamos el transporte público en los cuatro días que pasamos en Cracovia.

Great hotel
Fabulous hotel within easy walking distance of all the sights. Good sized room with a great shower. Breakfast buffet was excellent with plenty of choice. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Absolutely gorgeous hotel situated by the Vistula river but still within walking distance to Old Town. Would stay again, good value for money. It's a four star hotel because some sheets/carpets/door frames are stained, some paint is peeling, and the gym machine is in need of maintenance. Though the majority of staff aren't fluent in English, they are proficient after patience. An affordable alternative to Copernicus and the like. I don't care where I stay as long as it's not dirty and the staff are friendly enough to say good morning to me.

Hyvällä paikalla oleva hotelli, joka oli osin helposti ja vaikeasti löydettävissä. Aamupala oli monipuolinen, ilmastointi toimi kuten pitää ja huone oli todella siisti. Henkilökunta hyvin palvelualtista. Ainoa miinus oli, että yöllä heräsin piipaukseen jonka jälkeen alkoi puolainen puhe. Ei sanaakaan englantia joten en tiennyt mikä oli kyseessä.

Hotellet ligger helt ute i ingenstans i staden Krakow, finns inga taxi tillgängliga överhuvudtaget i området, inga restauranger, inga ordentliga fik eller något. jag rekommenderar inte detta hotellet till någon faktiskt, sikta på ett hotell inne i stan isåfall oavsett vad typ av resa ni vill göra. detta hotell har knappt några gäster och ett väldigt litet sådant.

Vi beklagar att vårt läge inte motsvarade dina förväntningar. Vi hade praktiskt taget full beläggning på det angivna datumet, men gästerna tillbringar vanligtvis hela dagar med stadens centrum. Very clean hotel with perfect shower. With nice hard working staff. Located at walking distance of Schindlers Factory but if you are in Krakau voor the old city, get ready for a sight seeing walk of about 30 minutes or 15 minutes bij tram (stops in front of the hotel, about 4 PLN per ride). Bit understaffed. Sometimes only one chef in Restaurant and your meals take some time, but you are on Holliday so give them time :). The first night the gave us a room where a guest was already sleeping. We laughed and got another room, next day a transfer to even bigger room. Solved it very professionally. Our transfer to and from Airport was arranged by hotel (99 PLN one way). Can really recommend them.

Touch of Luxury at Welcoming and Simple Hotel
A more pleasant reception experience and welcome would be difficult to find in most other hotels. The reception area was slightly cramped, but there was room for a couple of seats with an outlook on the street. The room was very clean and decently appointed, with a fridge and plenty of storage space. However, I did not have a good night there because I found the bed slightly uncomfortable. The toilet and shower room was larger than I expected. The only problem there was an issue with the water taps, where no matter if you opened the cold or hot tap, very hot water came streaming out. The only way to get water that was less hot (for brushing teeth, for example) was to lower the water stream so it was only a trickle, or use bottled water. The shower, on the other hand, worked perfectly. The breakfast room was the same as the Italian restaurant (currently closed) which adjoins the hotel. A generous and copious breakfast was provided, with a decent choice of tea. The only issue here was that some of the hotplates were not working, so the scrambled eggs, for example, were somewhat cold. Otherwise, a pleasant stay in a welcoming environment.
