Great location in KL. There are many nice restaurants within walking distance that are clean, modern and varied. The rooms modern, spacious and comfortable. Loved the rooftop pool and bar. We actually walked to the Petronas towers from the hotel which was fun. Overall, great place to stay in KL. Highly recommended.

Many restaurants in area, lots of noise also due to some kind of disco. Don't expect 5-star service, it would be more realistic to market it as 4-star, compared with other hotels i stayed in KL. Although rooms are interestingly furnished, they could be maintained better, i.e. stains on couch, dust and leftovers from previous inhabitants. Mostly due to the noise from outside, noise from private pool party on saturday night, and given the fact it doesn't cater with 5-star standard as advertised, i would not stay here again.

Good service and friendly people all around in this hotel. Nice rooftop pool. Just wish that service would be open before 15, as most people enjoy some drinks and snacks during the day as well.

Excellent 3 night stay at Stripes
Our first time at Stripes having stayed at a range of other hotels in KL and would highly recommend. Great service, spacious rooms (with the upgrade to have a tub) and good breakfast. Service was excellent and speedy. Also location was great, lots of good eateries nearby and walking distance to Pavilion etc. enjoyed the rooftop pool and gym, The only things to improve would be to sweep the water by the poolside steps as it got quite slippery throughout the day or have more grip mats for the area Breakfast - would be useful to move the egg station as the queue blocks access to the other buffet items around it But these are minor feedback points the place is fab and good value for money!

Would recommend to everyone going to KL
Absolutely AMAZING hotel. Best service - they let me check in three hours early -, beautiful rooms, great breakfast buffet, nice area, and amazing rooftop pool. I would recommend it to everyone going to KL and would definitely come back

I didn't like that when I asked for a room with bathtub that it is a higher rate than what you paid with Expedia. It seems to me that they treat Expedia customers as a second class customers
