I don’t know if they don’t know if they not enough staff or they didn’t take this job seriously. Quite dissapointing for a 4 star hotel, some of the staff are good such as at the reception, and the waitresses. Some are not as the food quality is not really good. The housekeeping is also the same, they are not taking this job seriously as they only cleaned the room while talking. I really hope they can make some improvement in terms of food quality and staff , services. And also not recomended for the disabilities guest. I will not book this hotel again. Thank you
