Saya mmang tidak berpuas hati.saya sudah booking dlm hotel.com dan buat bayran dmm 6:30ptg.tp bila tiba di hotel.owner hotel tidak benar kan masuk.dan alasannya sebab pihak hotel masih tidak mendapat email dari hotel.com.amat kecewa.kerana dalam jam 8mlm baru saya boleh check in.service hotel pon teruk.psword wifi x di paparkan.iron xda.bilik kotor.
