What I like is it's location near mostly everything I needed. And the staff are so helpful. What I didn't like is the sound in the room! You can hear everything around you even what's happening in the other rooms and the lobby.

The Mercure Kuta Bali is a great mid-level hotel. It has a solid buffet in the morning, but it can get busy, and if you eat on the second level, you may have to carry your food up a flight of stairs. The resort has a nice pool overlooking the ocean across the street. It is not in the quietest location. The spa also has an ocean view, and is a great bargain for the location.

Rechtover het strand en tussen winkels, restaurants, spa’s… Alles wat je maar wil. Zeer uitgebreid ontbijtbuffet. Mooie kamers en zeer vriendelijk personeel

We had one long island ice tea, only, because it tasted like flat cola with no alcohol in. Basic popular drink, radler, not available. The double Jim Beam and come finally tasted like a normal drink but at over $20 per drink. The buffet dinner was horrible and cold with poor options. Absolute waste of money. No money change option. One good thing was when the tv didn't work they did change the tv out for a new one which was good. They also organised a taxi for us (at our cost) to the airport when we asked last minute. Hotel transfer wasn't available at the early hours we had to fly out. Wasn't an issue though, just more a heads up to keep some cash aside.

Fantastique, un hôtel sublime , chambre super propre et confortable, petit déjeuner varié et délicieux. Emplacement idéal face à Kuta Beach et à proximité des rues animés. Personnel au petit soin. Piscine sur le toit magnifique.

The location was the best . Close to everything , shops /beach/restaurants . The hotel was clean and had food choices at breakfast ( lots of Asian food) . We had an inner court room which was a mistake , the noise from people at the restaurant and motorbikes checking in just bounce off the walls making it noisy .

We booked 3 nights at this property in a deluxe room. I would not recommend this place. We ended up only staying for 1 night and checked out early. The room was stuffy even though we had the AC going at night. There is a mouldy damp smell in the room which we thought would disappear after the AC was on but the smell staying for the entire night which made it unbearable to sleep.

Decent Stay, but Not a 4-Star Experience I recently stayed at this hotel and found it to be good value for the price I paid. While the property itself could use a refresh, the overall experience was satisfactory. The hotel is clean, and the staff are friendly, helpful, and professional, which made my stay more enjoyable. However, I wouldn’t classify this as a true 4-star hotel. If you’re looking for an affordable and clean stay with great service, it’s worth considering.

タオルと水が生臭く、またトイレットペーパーもほんの少ししか無く困った。 バルコニーから海が見えるが、潮対策のためか半透明のシートが掛けられており、それをどかすこともできない。 スタッフは明るく親切だったので、部屋だけが残念。

For the price paid definitely not worth it. Rooms were run down and in terrible need of maintenance. Been a long time since the hotel has had any love. The noise was terrible. Would not recommend or stay again

Also mein Bruder und ich waren total begeistert von der Herzlichkeit der Mitarbeiter angetan.. jeder Wunsch wurde versucht zu ermöglichen .. immer ein Lächeln auf den Lippen … wir würden mehr Sterne als 5 vergeben so gut hat es uns gefallen ..

There is a lot of road noise that can be heard in the ocean view rooms. There were a lot of trainees who didn't know what to do. But they were friendly.

꾸따비치 바로 앞이라 언제든 바다에 나갈 수 있는 반면 약간 소란스러워요. 4층 수영장이 바다 전망으로 트여있어서 아주 매력적이었어요. 서비스는 전반적으로 무난했고, 수질이 별로 좋지 않은 것 같으니 필터형 샤워기로 교체해서 쓰는걸 추천드려요.

Good property and newer rooms than Sister property ( Accor Heritage) Wonderful staff Only negative point is lack of vegetarian options compared to Accor Kuta heritage , which has more options for Indian vegetarian Hope they can improve on that

A beautiful resort - we loved every part of it. The breakfast was exceptional, the staff were friendly and helpful. The convenience is unbeatable. The bed was comfortable and the trip was worth every penny!

Wir haben dort die Nacht vor unserem Rückflug verbracht. Super Lage direkt neben der Mall und direkt am Strand. Für eine Nacht war es wirklich gut, länger hätten wir dort aber nicht bleiben wollen. Das Zimmer wirkt etwas abgewohnt und hatte eine stark modrigen Geruch. Ansonsten können wir nicht all zu viel sagen, da wir dort wirklich nur geschlafen haben. Tolles Pooldeck mit perfekter Ausrichtung zum Sonnenuntergang

I am very happy with the room that i stayed with great window view of Kuta, Beach. Eventhough is abit expensive worth value for money with delicious 😋 breakfast. Definitely, i will come back next bring my husband for Anniversary.

Location amazing...walking over to beach...eateries....shopping ...massages. Apart from all gd breakfast was just ok...nothing to shout out Spa svc when booking and amazing room with beach front view...perfect tubs but massues svc was zero...armatures and doesnt seem professional. We pay high price . Hope they can get professional massues. Besides all gd ..pool fantastic with majestic view of Kuta
