Un buen hotel, con unas vistas muy bonitas (en una colina). El personal es muy amable. Lo más negativo es que está a unos 10 minutos andando del centro de la ciudad.

The hotel is very clean, has great views from the pleasant roof top bar and the breakfast is more than decent. The staff are wonderfully friendly and are so helpful. My room was fine but the curtains didn’t meet properly and I need total darkness to sleep well. Other than that the hotel was extremely good value for money, they arranged a transfer from the airport which was only a euro or two more than the Uber/Bolt rate.

Perfect stay
The most beautiful rooftop bar with really good wine and a very knowledgeable bartender who made good recommendations. Super nice room with a big balcony and a view. Extremely friendly staff. Very quiet at night. Cute breakfast buffet with windows to a beautiful garden.

The first night was a disaster. A group had a party and the party lasted until about 3 a.m. There were people running and screaming in the hallway. After the first night, it was more quiet. The problem is that the advertised bar is never open. The majority of the staff is very friendly, but one worker was extremely rude.

Hi Mr Danny.The first night was indeed noisy, because after the bar closed, guests snuck in on the terrace and hosted their own party, the administrator got up and told them to return them to their rooms. We apologized to you about the noise and promised you there would be no more disturbance in that regard. As you say, the bar was never open, which is completely false and misleading. The first day, the receptionist told you the bar was open and you could go there, you declined. The second day, the bar did open 30 mins late because of technical issues, but as soon as it opened, you were invited to the bar for a free bottle of wine, which again you declined and said you were going to another bar - (You did not go anywhere that evening). And the third day, you went up to the bar, the bartender was there and asked you if you'd like anything, you said "No, thanks, I'm just checking", asked the closing time and said you'd be back, you returned 2 hours later and the bar was still open and the bartender was still there, you just looked around and went back. If our "version of the story" is not true, you can ask the other guests who were at the bar during these days. And we can actually get you in touch with them. But again, what you are saying is just utter lies.And could you tell us which worker was rude? Best regardsHTK Administration

Good place to stay considering the alternatives.
We have looked for other hotels in the area and there are not many options, so we reserved one night in this hotel and the staff was friendly, and the hotel was clean. You need only 10-15 min walking to reach the city center of Kutaisi. In the room you can find AC, tv and a fridge which is very good for the price. The breakfast was delicious, we really loved the homely atmosphere in the restaurant. The view from the terrace was worth seeing, unfortunately in the bar they served only snacks/drinks, not the 'real' food that we had expected. At the end we were happy considering the price, the breakfast and the hospitality.

Loved the location, quiet but in close proximity to city centre. Great balcony with views over the city. Kitchen ladies were great in ensuring you enjoyed your breakfast.

Clean and comfortable
A lovely, clean room with a comfortable bed. Best of all, a fantastic view overlooking the city and a sweet balcony. The staff were friendly and helpful.

No sheet on the bed, just a scratchy small hospital blanket. When i went and asked for a sheet i was given a single bed duvet cover. Bed was hard and creaky. Pillow was soft.breakfast was good. Bit expensive for what you get.
