Nice hotel for a night or two. Front desk were not the most engaging. Just a tip, if you need a taxi from the hotel to the airport, hotel will charge 10 KWD, I used the Careem app at 1am (front desk told me there are no rides at that time…but there were plenty) for 5.6 KWD.

Zuvorkommender Service, auch in schwierigen Situationen kulantes und entgegenkommendes Hotel. Sehr zentral, alles gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Leider war der Pool aufgrund von Ramadan geschlossen, was bei der Buchung nicht ersichtlich war. Dies ist jedoch ein Versäumnis von Expedia.de. Erst kurz vor unserem Abflug wurden diese Informationen auf expedia.de aktualisiert. Während des Ramadans öffnen auch die spektakuläre Rooftopbar sowie die Restaurants erst um 18 Uhr. Man kann allerdings Frühstück für 4,5 Dinar aufs Zimmer bestellen. Die Duschkabine war etwas renovierungsbedürftig. Das Zimmer war sehr gemütlich und groß genug. Die Aussicht vom 11. Stock war hervorragend. Es wurde täglich sehr ausführlich gereinigt. Ich würde es auf jeden Fall wieder buchen.

Everything was excellent! From the early check-in, to the view from the room, staff, cleanliness! On the top floor is a very cool bar! Very close to the city center both on foot and by local buses, which have a fixed stop in front of the hotel! The only problem was that they didn't have a swimming pool open, even though the website said it was!

Our stay was great. The staff (in particular Riza) were wonderful and so happy to help in every way. We would definitely recommend Ramada Encore Hotel when starting in Kuwait.

Een prima hotel, op loopafstand van de bezienswaardigheden, zoals de watertorens van Koeweit en de Liberation tower. Wel druk op straat, maar wij hadden er geen last van. Handig dat ze tegen betaling een shuttle service aanbieden. Kwamen hun afspraken keurig na. De schoonmaak van de kamer was uitstekend. Vonden wel dat de baliemedewerkers niet veel toeristische info konden geven, of waar je bv. een busticket kan kopen.

Never got wake up call. Contradiction on airport transfer price. Pay at check in not check out. Insufficient seating in their restaurant for breakfast, although plentiful. Staff generally cheery, emails answered, central locarion good for sightseeing. If on 19th floor, can be noisy from scrapping chairs from the restaurant on 20th floor.

Best place to stay in Kuwait
Mustafa and the staff are very friendly and professional. They will do everything they can to make sure you feel comfortable and enjoy your stay. The place is clean and well maintained. There is a floor with a great view of the city with a breakfast buffet, another floor with a restaurant and hookah, and the rooftop with a cafe and great view of the city.

I like how staff was friendly and accommodating to you, room is always clean and it smells great, they got these air fresheners constantly spraying in intervals. Breakfast was good, amazing view of the city and park. Great restaurant for the price.

top choice in Kuwait
amazing stay, the room is very confortable in size as beds are large for 3 of us, location is excellent. Breakfast is adequate and satisfactory. Rooftop pool and terrace with skyline views simply out of this world. It opens at 4 p.m. the service is the best in class. Super clean and excellent stay. Indian restaurant nearby by is so good as well. This hotel is a top choice

Okay experience, but one of the smallest hotel rooms and less taken care of in the middle east. The hotel needs to look a bit fresher and lower its prices. Otherwise nice view and fairly near area

Nice for a night or two, great rooftop cafe
I liked the hotel but was disappointed that my window was facing a big traffic circle. Even on the 15th floor there was quite a lot of noise from the traffic and they told me i had to pay more for another room. Decent location; 40 min walk to old town and 30 min walk to the Kuwait Towers. Room was clean but not a place i would like to relax for a couple of days. Coffee place on the roof was amazing!!
