We had a perfect experience in this hotel. The location is great, with good communications. The room was perfect without any noise. The bathroom has everything you can need, included shisheido products. The staff was great, very helpful with everything. Breakfast has japonese and occidentel style, full of things and with constant rechange of things. Definitely highly recommended.

La gente en el hotel no fue amable con nosotros, nos parecio carisimo para la calidad del hotel, los amigos que fueron con nosotros con expedia pagaron un 50% menos por la misma habitacion nuestra.

Excelente ubicación en el corazón de Kioto
En general es un hotel muy bueno y muy bien situado. Al principio el personal tuvo una atención sobresaliente y luego ya coincidí con gente más bien con mala voluntad. El entorno es súper práctico, en medio de unas galerías comerciales techadas y el Café Tully para desayunar. Me alojé en las dos torres (una es de camas matrimoniales y otra twin) y puedo decir que las habitaciones twin están mucho mejor que las de camas dobles.

Excelente calidad y precio
El hotel está en una zona con muchas tienditas, un seven eleven en la esquina, restaurantes y cafeterías. Se encuentra dentro de calles techadas, el hotel está nuevo, moderno, limpio. Habitación amplia. Llegas caminando a una avenida con paradas de taxi o autobús, aproximadamente a 4 minutos y a 8 minutos a la estación del tren. El staff muy amable. Si lo recomiendo.

This is in the heart of town and has so many food and shopping options around. Highly recommend! Even our budget room was spacious by Japanese hotel standards. The amenities were thoughtful as well. Would stay again!

The hotel is located conveniently inside a shopping district. Staff was very helpful when checking in and when I need to shop my luggage. I would stay here again if I ever come back to Kyoto.

This was our second stay at the hotel and we love the location. Rooms are a little on the smaller side, but beds are comfy and you can't beat the location right on the Teramachi! Staff was friendly and helpful in making a few dining reservations for our 6-person group.

The hotel has a great location, right next to the shopping street(s). It is a short maybe five minute walk from the street where the taxi will let you off. The room was larger than expected and accommodated two people just fine. I really enjoyed staying at this hotel

가와라마치역까지 도보로 가까워서 좋았고(6분정도) 호텔에서 나와서 청수사까지 도보로 걸어가기도 좋음 청수사보고 교토규카츠 식사할수 있는곳도 걸어서 가능함 정말 좋았던건 조식이 정말 맛있어요. 종류는 많지않은데 맛집 찾아다니면서 먹었던 음식보다 조식이 기억에 더 남아요. 특히 밥이 맛있음. 호텔 찾는데 살짝 헤멨는데.. 일단 스타벅스 찾으면 됩니다. 바로 옆이에요. 건물이 나뉘어있는듯 한데 South 쪽으로 가면 됩니다. 주변에서 다해결 가능해서 좋아요 (교통, 쇼핑, 맛집, 랜드마크 청수사까지) 다음에도 이용하고 싶어요

I reallly loved staying here. It’s right off a mall which made it super conviennent! The train was nearby and buses! You can walk to many temples or to the river if you don’t mind a 20 min walk. The staff were wonderful and the check in and check out process was easy! I honestly find that using Expedia takes out a lot of hassle and fees overall in every country I’ve been too. The bed was hard, but I’ve found in my travels to japan this is pretty standard because it feels more like futon softness (if you’ve ever sat on one of those you know what I mean) the room was a good size and clean. I highly recommend. Besides the bed, I’d stay here again.

We stayed in Asakusa Tobu Hotel in Tokyo and got spoiled by the high quality. The Hotel Gracery was adequate; bothe hotels were reasonably priced, at Gracery the breakfast was great, the staff very friendly and helpful; however, the room for three was crowded and a little dirty. This hotel doesn’t clean during your stay…3 days for us. And they don’t vacuum enough for my needs—dust allergies hit hard.
