朝食もあって、良かったです。
エアコンのすぐ近くの窓際で、多少の騒音がありましたが、水やコーヒー、朝食（セルフサービス）付きでこの値段は、とても良かったです。地下鉄の駅が最寄ですが、京都駅から歩いて行けました。

用意されていたのは、郷土料理の朝食ではなく、パンとコーヒー、牛乳のモーニングでしたが美味しかったので看板違いでしたが良かったです。 二段ベッドの壁側に空間があり、上のベッドで物を落とし、下に宿泊者がいると拾うことができません。(枕元にメガネを置き寝ている間に落ちて困った) 京都駅に近く便利ですよ！

Stayed for three nights with our 12 and 9 year old. Room comfortable - double bed under bunks for children. Clean, friendly. Breakfast available bread/toast jam , boiled eggs, orange juice. Very easy for laundry - washing machine and dryer in bathroom - 200 yen for washing machine - drying room on our balcony and roof. Dryer 100yen for 20 minutes - fine to finish drying off after being on balcony. Common room area downstairs with cooking facilities and glasses etc. - we had great fun socialising with a very international group. Happily stay here again - 15 minute walk from Kyoto station, 20 minute walk from Fushimi Inari. Family mart combini 100m away.

Pleasant stay
The hostel is located near subway, it is very convenient. The host is nice, she cooked breakfast for all, and helped to take care of our lugguges after check-out. There's nothing else to ask for.

Comfortable Stay
Stayed for 5 nights in a family room for 4. The room is very small and there's hardly any space to move around. Otherwise the stay was very comfortable. Common areas are very clean and neat. Breakfast is simple and on certain days very delicious Japanese tea rice is also served. The manager is very friendly.

Nice hostel!
If you’re fine with hostels, this is a great one! Everyone was friendly, place was clean and things were comfortable. Good showers, breakfast was good.

We loved this hotel! Clean, modern and yummy breakfast! Anzy put on a great spread. About 15mins walk from Kyoto station but worth it! The hotel staff were fantastic and we were very happy with their service and how they allowed us a stress free stay! We were also able to park our bikes at hostel, nice and quiet hostel, calming music. My two sons n i will be back again. Thank you for a lovely stay 😍

Amazing!
I had a lot of fun at hostel Ryokan! When you are traveling alone or as a small group I recomment this staying. I stayed for 19 days. The staff was nothing but friendly and helpfull. The owner even ordered a taxi and bus for the travel back home. During my stay I made a lot of new friends across the world and I am certain I will visit this hostel again.

京都駅からそんなに遠くないです。
京都駅から歩いていける距離だと思います。建物は住宅地の中にありましたがすぐに見つけられました。 ホステルもきれいだしスタッフも丁寧な対応をしてくれるので快適な滞在ができました。

Small hostel outside the downtown with HEART!
So, over all, Hostel Ryokan was amazing. Going down the list: The service was phenominal. My friend got sick while there and Chika, the owner, made him soup. Over all, Chika is amazing. She is so warm and kind and makes you feel welcome. We were allowed to check in early and check out late, which was supremely generous of her. So 10/10 for Service. Cleanliness was top notch. The main room was a bit cluttered, but everything was spotless. 10/10 for Cleanliness. The beds in the hostel were great. Long enough to accommodate my tall friend, warm enough for my chilly self, and very comfortable. We did rent a private room, so I cannot speak to how sharing the common bedrooms were, but we never heard a peep from them, so I suspect they were quite peaceful as well. 10/10 for Comfort. As I mentioned earlier, the common room was a bit cluttered, and the building was certainly nothing to look twice at from the outside, but overall the condition was very satisfactory for the price-point. 8/10 for Condition. So, the one poor point is the location. You are way outside of downtown Kyoto (though you are quite close to the Thousand Gates hike), but the good news is that you are only two blocks from the subway station, so getting around is a breeze. We did not mind having to take the subway into the downtown (only two stops), but the area still is not that scenic. 6/10 for Local Area. I hope to stay here again when I next visit. 10/10.

清潔感のあるホテルで居心地が良かったです。シャワールームにはシャンプーとボディーソープがあり、何も持っていなかった私にとってとても有り難かったです。

사장님 친절하시고. 알바도 매우 친절함. 지하철에서 가까움. 4인가족실 썼는데. 방음도 좋았고. 화장실. 샤워실 깨끗하고 편함. 1층 공용부엌도 잘 유지되는듯. 전체적으로 매우 만족스러웠음.

호스텔은 깔끔하고 직원분도 친절했어요 한국말을 잘하셔서 편했구요~~ 다만 교토역에서 걸어서는 좀 머네요~(대신 주죠역에선 가까움)15분정도?? 글구 가는길이 좀 어두워서 저녁엔 좀 무서웠어요~ 빼곤 대체적으로 다 맘에 듭니다~~ 버스패스권도 구입 가능하구요~~ 버스정류장은 가까워요~

美好的青年旅館
1.房間跟浴室都很乾淨，但建議浴室踏墊的矽藻土，可以做更換，顏色黑掉了，會誤以為是髒汙。 2.衛浴設備很棒，馬桶是免治的，在寒冷隊冬天依舊能坐到溫暖的馬桶，浴室空間很大，而且有兩道鎖，即使是共用浴室也讓人感到安心，浴室有三間淋浴設備，四個洗手台，沒有遇到洗澡排隊的問題，提供洗衣機，沐浴乳，洗髮精，很貼心! 3.沒有牙膏牙刷，住的旅人記得帶牙膏牙刷。毛巾剛好是旺季，所以有提供，平常用毛巾要錢，也記得帶一下毛巾。 4.每層樓都有廁所，不用擔心半夜上廁所不方便 5.客房門都是用密碼鎖，是安全的。 6.早餐的白飯很好吃，提供幾道漬物，味噌湯，還有吐司，24小時都有水、咖啡跟茶 7.旅館所有人員服務都很親切，老闆是韓國長大的日本人，還有來自日本跟台灣的員工，所以對於台灣、日本及韓國的旅人溝通會輕鬆很多。 8.距離十条站地鐵大概五分鐘，但最近出口沒有電梯，若有拖行李記得要找有電梯的出口喔! 9.這邊如果坐公車比較不方便，因為從民宿到熱門景點的公車路線不多，要走一段至少10分鐘距離才能到其他熱門路線的公車站。 10.週遭是住宅區，沒有很熱鬧，有便利商店，記得在外面吃飽再回家喔！ 11.三樓連不到wifi,可以再改善 12.沒有電梯，但旅館人員很貼心幫我們把行李提上去房間。

Staying here was great experience for me. I arrived later than 10pm, they have been waiting for me. Room is not big, still has all required space, such as for suitcase. Room is very clean. They sent direction from subway station in English, Chinese and Korean, of course Japanese. Very thoughtful. All staff were super friendly and nice. Will stay here if i come back to Koyto.

“Convenient, clean and affordable”
Found this place in a quick search and with its affordable pricing, booked and was not disappointed. Its easy to find from Kyoto's main railway station and about a kilometre from it. On arrival, we were met by the friendly staff who knew who we were. They even carried our luggage to the 2nd floor room - and it was heavy. The ryokan has been operating since March 2015 and is new and clean. The communal bathrooms were right by our room door so that was just great. It was clean and spotless with the showers having both liquid soap and shampoo. Getting hot water was kinda tricky as on two occasions I only got cold - brrr. We had a four bunk room - rather small but as we spent very little time in the room itself, it was not a bother. Our first night we returned late, but was given access via the back door which was cool. Downstairs is a small lounge area/dining with a small kitchenette. Breakfast is offered, but that's basically tea/coffee and toast. A washing machine and dryer was available for those in need of using such as minimal charge. Bedding is clean and room service comes to clean up daily. An affordable place to be used.

Spartan, crowded, clean, functional
If you are on a budget and want a clean, Spartan, safe place to rest at night about 15 min walk south of Kyoto station, this place is fine. The rooms are super crowded with bunkbeds and literally no space to move, no amenities such as TV etc. Toilet and showers down the hall are clean and work well. Rules include no eating or drinking in your room, and you strip your bed when you leave. Again, Spartan but functional if you plan to only wash and sleep there at night.

A nice hostel
This is my first time living in hostel in Japan. The room is very clean and new,and the location is really convenient which is closed to the subway Ju Jo station. People there are also friendly,too. My friends and I had a pretty wonderful time there. By the way,the hostel has the breakfast that can help you save lots of money on eating. I like this place so much.

너무너무 친절하고 편안했습니다.
너무너무 좋았습니다. 호스트께서 밤에 사케도 주시고 너무 친절하셔서 있는 동안 너무 좋았습니다. 한국말이 통하니까 너무 좋았습니다. 또 호스트 분께서 혼자 힐링하신다는 교토에 추천 지역이 있었는 데, 아쉽게 못 가봤습니다. 다음번 방문하게되면 꼭 가보고 싶습니다.

Great place for a vacation!
It has been a great stay! The host is friendly and the everyone there are very welcoming.. Attractions are not that far off, could be accessible via public transport.. Recommend the place, especially if you're travelling alone..
