excelente calidad y ubicación y precio..
El dueño nos brindo una atención personalizada, excelente estancia, muy agradable. Excelente precio y calidad, El restaurante destaca por sus pizzas que son exquisitas y como el dueño es italiano conserva ese toque especial. La habitación es bonita, la alberca suficiente para bañarse y tomar bebidas en la orilla. Esta a 500 m de las aguas termales de termalita, caminando se puede llegar.

Hotel Arte Natura agradece su comentario, para nosotros fue un gusto atenderles. Fueron huéspedes cálidos y muy respetuosos. Siempre estaremos con las puertas abiertas para cuando deseen volver, nos alegraría mucho volverlos a ver. Muy agradecidos con estos huéspedes que nos visitaron desde México. Saludos cordiales.

No volvería nunca
Tuvimos que rogar que nos dieran la llave de la habitación porque no había nadie en la recepción cuando llegamos. Por 10 min después de las 9am no nos sirvieron desayuno.

Desde el día anterior habíamos estado una habitación. Y cuando llegue al otro día me asignaron otra . Con ninguna de las comodidades que me habían ofrecido. Eso no me parese bien hecho .

En seguridad les doy un 0 (cero)
Estuvimos el 24 y 25 de marzo 2016, el servicio del personal muy bueno, nos dieron información sobre los lugares que se podían visitar y nos trataron muy bien, además las habitaciones son limpias. El único inconveniente fue que nos intentaron tachar el carro, el cual estaba en el parqueo del hotel. Este parqueo no tiene ningún tipo de seguridad, está abierto, no tiene portones y no hay cuidadores por lo que cualquier persona puede ingresar. De hecho el día que intentaron abrir el carro se robaron las llaves de todas las habitaciones y al día siguiente los ladrones intentaron ingresar a una de las habitaciones en donde se encontraban personas durmiendo. Por lo tanto no recomiendo este hotel por cuestiones de seguridad. EN SEGURIDAD LES DOY UN 0 (CERO)

Muy mal que la primera noche por no llegar a las 7 nos quedamos sin cuarto de hotel pues no había nadie en recepción. Al día siguiente lo compensaron y quedamos muy satisfechos. Te dan lo que pagas.

This property is amazing. The garden is like a small tropical jungle. There are an open library area, kitchen, small swimming pool, and rest area. The room is clean. The only complaint is that you have to ask for a hair blower from the staff. Otherwise, highly recommended!

Wonderful and helpful staff! Very good breakfast and restaurant. My one complaint is the traffic noise. Though, this is a general problem in Fortuna.

This is a great location. The breakfast was delicious. It rained the whole time so we didn’t get a chance to visit the pool but it looked nice. I didn’t like the showers. No water pressure and wasn’t very warm. Overall, great value for the location!

Overall: We had a good stay here. Cons: We got a room right next to the main road, so the noise was a constant factor. The wifi did not work in the room and you had to go to the pool area for access. Pros: The breakfast was very nice. The staff was very courteous and accommodating. You can have pizza for dinner in the same place where breakfast is served and get a discount. Close to most attractions and lots of other dining options.

The rooms are super cute here and the restaurant attached is nice, great food. It's right outside of the busy part of Fortuna and really easy to get around walking, taxis, shuttles or rental car. If you do have your own car there's gated parking which is a great feature. Everyone was really nice and helpful.

Nice quiet stay
Wonderful stay here. Great location. The hotel was clean and comfortable. Loved that there was a common kitchen and laundry room and outdoor seating. Staff couldn't have been more helpful. Super friendly and welcoming. Would stay here again next time without a doubt.

Positiv: Gemeinschaftsküche kann genutzt werden, Garten und Pool mit Blick auf den Vulkan (für uns aufgrund des Wetters leider nicht sichtbar), gutes Frühstück im Restaurant nebenan Negativ: Das Zimmer war sehr klamm, die Aircondition blies nur in Richtung Bett. Generell renovierungsbedürftig, Verkehrslärm von der anliegenden Durchfahrtsstrasse

Fine But For Noise
The noise problem really brings the place down. You can hear everything in neighboring rooms and every vehicle that goes down the street. The price is reasonable, the rooms themselves were fine, the staff were very helpful, and the free breakfast was good. It also has some nice common spaces.

Very cozy and quiet hotel. Lots of green bushes and flowers right behind our window. Felt like we stayed in botanical garden. Kitchen available for convenience.

Nous étions agréablement surpris de l’endroit. Nous étions très bien, nous avons très bien dormi et tout était près. Il y a un frigo communautaire qui nous a beaucoup servi. Prévoir un souper au restaurant de la place car c’est vraiment succulent. Les déjeuner inclus sont aussi très bons.

We stayed at this property for four days. The checkin process was smooth and the staff at this hotel was excellent. As soon as we checked in the hotel, the bathroom flush was broken and the water was everywhere in the bathroom. They had someone come in and fix the issue. Again the same thing happened the next day and we had to call the service person to come in and "fix" again. The day before we checked out the hotel, staff asked us to shift our room to a different room since they were over booked and it was easy to shift us from our current room. We did oblige the request as the staff was nice and didn't have much choice and it was holiday season. Overall, the stay was okay and the staff was pleasant and the location was convenient. The management should look into fixing the property and better managing hotel bookings during the peak season.

Hello, first thank you for your comment and also for visiting us, any criticism will always be welcome, it helps us to improve and motivates us, we apologize for the case that we had to move you to another room, it was our mistake and our system, we did not realize it late and we could not avoid it,About the water that came out of the toilet, here in Costarica we do not put the paper inside the toilet because if it does not clog and what happened happens, unfortunately in Costarica there are no plumbing and drains as advanced, powerful or large as in other places, despite the mishaps I hope you liked your stay with us.
