En referencia al desayuno contamos con 4 opciones, los cuales son Típico, Americano. Pankes, y Continental, donde cabe mencionar que todas las opciones cuenta con Frutas, y la estacion de Bebidas donde cuentan con Cafè, Te, Leche y jugo de frutas de temporada.De igual manera estaremos agregando 2 opciones mas en el Menú del desayuno.

Un lugar tranquilo para estar en familia muy cerca de todo, pero a la vez apartado del ruido, las cabañas son muy cómodas y limpias, en la que nos toco tenia cocina y refrigeradora y todo lo necesario.

Buena estancia
Solo estuvimos una noche dentro del hotel, pero tiene los servicios necesarios para pasar una buena noche, la cama es cómoda, el baño también y tiene servicios mínimos para la estadia. El desayuno es bueno y el servicio del personal también.

Solo para pasar la noche
No dan nada de artículos de higiene y limpieza. Así que si planean quedarse aquí lleven todo porque no hay nada y para llegar al super hay que llevar carro. El baño terrible.

Estimada Karen, Vamos a proceder a reportar este comentario, pues por lo visto tuviste una equivocación a la hora de evaluar la propiedad de Faro Arenal. Puesto que nuestras habitaciones ofrecen lo correspondiente al servicio que detallamos por medio de la página Web y las redes de comunicación: Cosas básicas, como toallas de cuerpo y de mano, shampoo, jabón para el cuerpo y jabón líquido para lavamanos, esto es algo que siempre encontrará en las habitaciones. Salvo que usted tuviera una expectativa de un kit completo de limpieza, estos son los servicios que siempre hemos brindado por la tarifa de $47 para dos personas. Además de esto, hay un mini-market a escasos 200 mtrs de distancia, entonces esto nos reconfirma aún mas de que no estás evaluando nuestra propiedad. Lamentamos esta situación que por lo visto es una equivocación, porque esto realmente afecta la imagen y el servicio que hemos estado trabajando desde el mes de febrero del 2017, que fue cuando adquirimos esta propiedad.

Jardines en remodelación y el servicio de restaurante no fue claro si estaba incluido. Un poco desorganizado en check in.

Gracias por tomarse el tiempo de evaluarnos! Lamentamos que haya sentido desorganizado el check in, en el momento de su ingreso quien lo atendió fue nuestra ama de llaves pues nosotros estábamos en el centro retirando una encomienda. Fuimos a buscarlo varias veces a su habitación pues es nuestra costumbre como propietarios y familia que somos ir a saludar y ponernos a disposición de cada uno de nuestros clientes, pero ustedes estuvieron fuera del hotel prácticamente todo el tiempo y entiendo que regresaron en la noche. La tarifa de $45 + impuesto no contempla el desayuno pero siempre procuramos ofrecerles un buen precio para que desayunen en nuestro rancho rústico. Le agradecemos mucho su intención de darnos una segunda oportunidad. Aquí les estaremos esperando! Saludos, Javier & Yorleny

Great location and stunning views
Rustic cabins with stunning volcano views, pool and gardens that invite to relax. Its just a few minutes from Hot Springs , restaurants and Mistico suspension bridges. If you wish to dine at the hotel you must advise the chef in the morning to be prepared with fresh ingredients, it is delicious!

Muy buena ubicación y atención
Son cabinas muy familiares, entiéndase, tanto a nivel de destino, como a nivel de administración. Desde el punto de vista de infraestructura, están en mejora constante, según me parecio, tienen lo básico para unos días de tranquilidad, el desayuno incluido esta muy bien, el dueño lo complementa con música de guitarra, lo cual hace aun mas agradable ese momento. Esta ubicado muy cerca de las Cataratas de La Fortuna, del pueblo y de Baldi. Puntos de mejora, necesita un mejor mueble donde guardar la ropa (no hay closet), y el tv necesita estar a una altura un poco mayor para ser disfrutado desde las camas. Posiblemente un mueble mas alto con gavetas en la parte inferior y el tv en la parte superior, les resuelva este inconveniente. Aparte de eso, un lugar muy tranquilo, buena atención, recomendado.

This is a very nice and quaint hotel. Very convenient to everything that you would want to do in the area. Lots of activities. The only thing that would’ve been nice would’ve been a small refrigerator in the room. Amazing pizza made in the restaurant.

We loved watching the birds on the feeders at breakfast. This was by no means a three star hotel. The owner was helpful, but the rooms were very basic- no hair dryer, no table, ( no fridge of course). The gardens around it were lovely, but the walk through them needed maintaining. Go for the birds not the luxuries!

Most of the staff were wonderful. The separate rooms were lovely, comfortable and private with little gardens and sitting areas outside each one. The pool is surrounded by concrete but a nice amenity that we certainly used! Breakfasts were very good. The owners let us stay later than checkout until our transportation arrived. It is located outside of town, which is lovely for the peacefulness, but requires a taxi to get anywhere.

We loved Hotel Faro Arenal! This was our favorite stay of our entire trip in Costa Rica. Upon arriving we were welcomed by the family who owns and runs the property, and shown around to its beauty. I traveled myself as a single mother with four children and felt very welcomed and safe. I hope to visit again one day.

We loved the beautiful little cabin we stayed in. It was very spotless, quiet and private with beautiful gardens in front. The staff is very helpful. There is a lovely little nature trail we explored while waiting for our room to be ready early. The gardener showed us many beautiful plants and pointed out the sleeping sloth and the favourite tree of the toucans. The breakfast was lovely and the birdfeeders!

While my stay at this hotel was a decision that I made last minute, my stay, there was excellent, and I couldn’t be happier that I made the decision that I did. The accommodations were clean , and the staff was very polite. You definitely have the feeling here that you are amongst nature. Naturally beautiful, constantly the sounds of birds and other wildlife. As a matter of fact, there was a sloth on the property, at times, so close you could touch him, but I did not at the suggestion of the staff. A wonderful experience. I came to Costa Rica to be amongst nature and this location delivered. It was about a 5 to 10 minute drive to get to the Le Fortuna waterfall, another great experience. It was also a 5 to 10 minute drive to get to La Fortuna center of town where you can buy groceries or whatever needs you might have. my hotel room, a free upgrade offered me a coffee pot so I could enjoy a nice coffee first thing in the morning and a very spacious room. I would definitely enjoy this hotel in the future!

We had a few issues during our stay here but the owner, Javier, did a great job trying to make things right. We arrived to find out our room had been treated for extermination and the odor was still too strong. He offered us a room at a nearby hotel and an upgrade for the following night back at Faro Arenal. The room nearby was very new - so new it did not have lamps - just overhead lighting - and the refrigerator had not even been plugged in; but it was very clean and the staff was wonderful. Next day we return to Faro Arenal and got our upgraded casita, and during a particularly heavy wind and rain storm, had a small leak in the roof. But, it wasn't on the bed and when the storm ended so did the leak. It was clean and I was able to use their laundry service. The breakfast was simple but tasty and we saw Arenal which was the point of the trip. Not sure I would book here again but it was sufficient for our short stay near La Fortuna.

The owners allowed us early access to our rooms saving us a lot of issues as we had no where else to go and 4 large bags. Staff was great, property was amazing with an excellent location in the jungle and direct access to walking paths filled with tons of gorgeous fauna, hummingbirds and toucans . I would stay here again and highly recommend for a eco friendly environment 8)

I booked this last minute due to an emergency that required me to change my plan. I was in for a pleasant surprise. This is a beautiful hotel and conveniently located. We got to see a sloth and a large variety of birds on the property. The room was clean and comfortable. Will definitely come back.

This place is so great for a nature lover! The owners are so kind and accommodating. I had such an amazing time here. As a bird photographer, I was in paradise! My dream was to photograph toucans in the wild, and the first morning after arriving, I got to see them! They also have an amazing spa service. They actually come to your cabin for your massage, or whatever service you get done. Highly recommend! I will definitely be staying here again!

Had a wonderful stay at Hotel Faro Arenal. Javier and everyone at Faro Arenal were friendly, welcoming and helpful.
