La habitación era cómoda y bien equipada, sin embargo la alfombra olía mal y el desayuno era muy sencillo.

Terrible experiencia. Pagamos dos noches de estancia en Heritage inn La mesa, les pedí una habitación para no fumadores porque mi hijo es asmático me dieron una para “no fumadores” La habitación olía espantoso a humo de cigarros. Al día siguiente fuimos a la gerencia a pedir que nos cambiaran la habitación, nos volvieron a dar otra habitación que olía igual or peor que la anterior. Nos tuvimos que salir a las 11 PM del hotel porque el olor era espantoso. Pésima experiencia :( y lo peor de todo que después de haberles explicado los motivos del porqué nos íbamos no nos reembolsaron el dinero, por lo menos lo de una noche hubiera sido justo que nos devolvieran 😒

A used condom and wrapper found sticking out corner under the bed. Smelled like cat pee. Not sure what i expected for the price but feels like a pay by the hour type of place. Gross

It was okay we have stayed there twice, because the price is reasonable, however you get what you pay for, in this case, we encountered cockroaches, one in the bathroom and one in the bed. For this reason we will not stay there anymore. We liked the location and did not mind that it is outdated, everything worked okay. Too bad, that they have not kept up the maintenance, there was some garbage outside that was not picked up.It did not bother us however, it can be for other folks.

Not suitable to even stay one night, it was very dirty and there are roaches in the room and restroom. My family and I did not stay. Filed a claim to get my money back, will see what happens.

The staff were very accommodating and very polite but this place is very run down and old. A lot of people seem sketchy here..not the staff but some of the tenants. Also it’s very inconvenient to access, it’s right by the freeway so it’s confusing to get here, especially if you’re not from San Diego. I’m not a very big fan of the location. If you need a really cheap place to stay I would suggest this place though

the room was musty, they had barely washed the carpet and they didnt let it dry before closing the door. all that smell got stuck in the room.

I called the hotel to let them know I would be arriving late; with that call I was hold for about 2 minutes. When I arrived to the check n window, I was told they were in the middle of "shift change" and had to wait. I stood in the cold for about 5 minutes. The room needed more blankets' phone call made to reception, no answer. Had to walk down to front office again and was provide with one. I would not stay there anymore.

The area is prone to transits and working girls. Scarry to say the least. Have stayed here in the past and hoped it may have changed for the better. But no and now pay twice what it used to be. Would never stay here again and would never recommend to friends.
