Beautiful and convenient spot!
This is a beautiful home! There were four of us staying here. I chose it because it was close (walking distance) to the tour company that I'd booked a Whale Shark trip through. It is super convenient to the waterfront walk as well. When I booked it, I thought the rental was a nice place at a good price. The home was better than nice and an even better location that I anticipated. This was my first time in Mexico and I clearly had an outdated expectation of the costs to be expected. The home was reasonable, but everything else was far more than expected, which made the cost of the home that much more appreciated, in hindsight. Thank you Frederica and Pietro!

Beautiful Baja Condo
This house was exactly what I was looking for! The design touches were perfect. It’s beautiful. It’s interesting, full of culture, and it’s the perfect location. There are markets within walking distance, restaurants, coffee shops.. The house is stocked with coffee and tea and drinking water. We went to the market for everything else. There is a private gate that encloses the condo and the driveway, so if you rent a car, you don’t need to worry about limited parking or safety of your vehicle. The owners are next door and were so helpful when we had any questions about the town. They are lovely people and their town was magical. We felt safe walking around at night. There are quite a bit of people that speak English, but go to La Paz ready to practice your Spanish. Go to La Paz if you’re looking for culture and beautiful beaches!

First visit to La Paz a winner!
Spotless, spacious condo featuring everything you could possibly want/need. Secured parking, lots of hot water with great pressure and comfortable beds were especially appreciated. Perfect for a brief or extended stay. Location ideal, host very pleasant and accommodating in assisting with shopping, dining and excursion suggestions.

Great accommodation
Pietro was an excellent host; he was very responsive and had good suggestions for enjoying the location. The property was very well located, only 3 blocks from the malecon and excellent restaurants; it had lovely appointments throughout, was private and had full facilities. It was a pleasure to stay in this condo and we would recommend it to others.

Great place
Location was amazing and the home was very clean and had everything we needed. Owners were very responsive to any questions we had and went above and beyond to make our stay more enjoyable. Would highly recommended. The roof top pool was fantastic!

Very nice condo very near the Malecon
The property was very nice and secure behind a gate. There are two large bedrooms with private baths and two half baths, one of which is next to the rooftop pool. Our hosts responded quickly when contacted. Check in and check out were very easy. If we ever go back to LA Paz, we hope this property is available again.

Great Mexican vacation
We had a wonderful time. The house was perfect for our family. Location was great, with easy walking distance to Malecon and many, many delicious restaurants. Hosts communicated very well and provided wonderful recommendations including getting us booked for our excursions. Highly recommend!!

Great place to stay in La Paz
The condo was spotless and spacious for the 4 of us. There are several sitting areas inside and out, with plenty of natural light and windows to open for a soft breeze. There is a small store across the street for water and such, and several restaurants within a block or two. The neighborhood is quiet and I was completely comfortable with my teenage daughters walking around to check things out. The marina is a 5 minute walk, as are several points of interest. Pietro and Federica are wonderful hosts, and we were sad to leave this beautiful condo and neighborhood!

Very uncomfortable and super noisy!
The check-in process was the most difficult I ever experienced. Our host had a plan of how he wanted it to go down but it was not what I was used to. There really is no comfortable spot in this unit. Evidently folks in this neighbourhood use dogs as guards. Needless to say there is barking and crying all night long . The quietest place was in the living room on a very uncomfortable sofa.. There was not even the basic salt and pepper in the kitchen.

I personally don’t understand what means comfortable for these person. Check in was difficult for them because they don’t know how to use the app. Anyway I was there attending them all the time. If they don’t find the salt is their problem. If you don’t like dogs barking you probably shouldn’t go to México.

I submitted a request to update the number of guests and I assumed it was updated. I even contacted customer support to ask if I had to pay anything on my arrival and I was told via chat that everything was paid. Once I arrived the host told me I had to pay $4000 pesos for extra fees for extra guests when guests Max was 8. I though that was awkward because he did not update the guests info. He knew We were 9 in total and he waited until we were there to tell us. We had to pay that amount since we were already there and he told us to cancel on the app but we were not going to get our money back. So we were basically stucked to pay the fees. Very disappointed about it.

Amazing Location & Accommodations!
We so enjoyed your stay at Pietro & Federica’s property, it was perfect for our group of 2 couples. The location is perfectly set close to the Malecon, as well as numerous shops and restaurants. Right across the street, you have a Tienda Six to grab waters, beers, etc and across from there is a cannot-miss Italian restaurant called Casa de Madre that blew our socks off! Pietro and Federica were gracious enough to connect us to Andrea for a boat tour of Espiritu and Ensanada - which was one of the highlights of our trip! Communication with the hosts was always prompt and clear. The house has everything you need, the pool on the roof deck was perfect for our group, especially during the 100+ degree days. Thank you Pietro & Federica!

Lovely small pool such a relief from the heat!
Very accomodating host with a great response time. Nice gated parking spot, but close enough to walk to the Malecon if you don’t rent a car. Clean place with private soaking pool that we enjoyed everyday.

Fabulous!
This rental is top notch! Very convenient location, close to beach and Malecon. Extremely safe with parking. Beautiful, clean home with everything you need, including four bathrooms! Bed and linens were super comfortable, and host is on site and very nice! Highly recommend!

Lovely condo, great neighborhood.
Really enjoyed our 2 night stay. Safe neighborhood, lovely caretakers and parking pad. Lots of restaurants in walking distance. Would definitely recommend this place.

Excellent base for exploring La Paz!
The communication with Pietro before and during our stay was clear and timely. The apartment had everything needed for our stay. The location is in a safe residential neighborhood within walking distance of restaurants, stores, as well as the small marina where the boat tours launch. From the apartment it was a short and scenic drive to a couple of very nice beaches. We enjoyed our stay!

A true gem in La Paz.
Firstly, Pietro was very quickly responsive to all inquiries. As for the condo, it is very spacious, spotlessly clean, very beautifully designed and with many thoughtful touches. Lots of chilled sparkling water awaited in the fridge and even a selection of Baja wines available. For me, the most impressive part was the completely private rooftop swimming pool. The weather can be very hot in La Paz, so to be able to have a pool anytime of day or night and to take breaks from touring to come home and relax and cool off in the pool was fantastic. The home is very safe and secure and is just two blocks from the Malecon/ coast. 10/10 Highly recommend it and look forward to staying again!

One month in la Paz
The property was newly remodeled and comfortable. Ample on site parking and very secure. The only complaint I would have is the lack of comfortable chairs. Pool looked great but too early in the season for us

Thank you to Pietro and Federica, we enjoyed our stay. Condo was very clean and beautifully decorated - nice modern design. Everything was nice and clean. The pool too was nice. Did not use it because it is not headed so a little chilling in January. Would definitely recommend this condo.

Modern condo in La Paz
My husband and I really enjoyed our visit to La Paz. The condo was just as shown in the listing. The place was so clean and comfortable! The owners has a binder of suggestions for things to do and places to eat, the recommendations were spot on. We so loved the roof top for coffee in the morning and wine in the evening..
