The place seemed to safe and peaceful. The breakfast was good and the breakfast server was very nice and kept the food hot and fresh. My problem was my room didn't have good working air conditioner. It was on and off, more off to the point they had to put a fan in my room. They said they didn't have another room to move me to. Afterwards they said they couldn't give me any type of financial break because i booked it through Expedia.... so there was nothing they could do about it. I not very pleased with that. I feel as if i didn't get what i paid for and no one is willing to take responsibility for it

The hotel needs a refresh. The tub had rust spots as did metal door frames. Room was clean and staff was friendly. Right on the highway- which was convenient- but not much else at that intersection

Everything was great except the noise. Every night I was woken up at 12:00 a.m.-3:00 a.m. with people in the hallways yelling, slamming doors, etc. Enforce the "quiet hours" for those of us that have to get up early.

The stay was ok but on the second floor near my room it smelled musty as if the carpet had been wet at some point and didn’t dry all the way! Outside of that the hotel was ok and nice!

Noisy Teens
Hotel was very clean ,rooms are large & easy access location. Reason for below average stay was ,there were multiple teens staying onsite for a boxing tournament and they were up all night on the 3rd floor slamming doors and it was impossible to get a goodnights rest. In the future ,I would hope ,hotel management hold adults not supervising teens responsible for their after hours behavior.

Overall, I was disappointed with my experience. The room had an old smell, was very outdated and several things needed to be either fixed or replaced.On top of that, the cops were called because of somebody arguing. I only gave it a couple stars because the guy who checked us in was really nice. I would never stay there again though!
