We had a wonderful stay! The property was very clean and comfy and the location is excellent. There are plenty of places to eat and shop nearby. I definitely recommend Cowboys down the road for breakfast! You can get to Aldi, Albertsons and a multitude of restaurants in minutes without having to hit the interstate. Reaching the interstate is a breeze as well and you can get to so many places within 20 minutes. I can't say enough good things about this place. I seriously could live there! The AC was cold, the recliners were comfy, everything was just as pictured. The ONLY thing that was a slight issue was that the beds are VERY high. I am 5'7 and had to use a stepstool to get in. It wasn't a big deal, because we had one, but just a warning for the shorter or elderly people! Once you're in though, the beds are the most comfortable I've ever slept in!! I'm honestly SO ready to stay again. It's literally a home away from home!

Exactly as described and shown in pictures , very comfortable bedrooms. Too hot to enjoy outside amenities this trip but saved this location for future visits to this area !!

Quiet, comfortable and very clean

Extremely easy check in process. The unit has a very well stocked kitchen with everything needed for a comfortable stay! Very pleased with the water pressure and hot water in the bathrooms! Our stay was during the hot summer and the AC did a great job of keeping the unit nice and cool! Will definitely stay again when in the area.

Getaway

It was comfortable. But the very last day there must have been something going on there was cops ambulance all around I was scared. I did not get much sleep that night but the days before that was nice and comfortable

Nice 'Trottage'

Checked into a very clean and nice place. Had virtually everything thing you would need for an extended stay. Plenty of nearby places to eat and get groceries. The bed we slept in was very comfortable, and I'm quite picky. The fenced yard was great for our small pups also.

Great cottage

Excellent property, very clean and well decorated. Stayed here while visiting our adult children in the DFW area. We have two small dogs and they loved the big yard to play in. We will definitely return when we are in the area, and would highly recommend this property to friends looking for a great place to stay. Property was just a seen in the photos on the VRBO website.

Trottage #1

Cute well decorated trailer/cottage next to rv park. Beds were very comfortable. Furnishings were great. The host really have gone out of their way to make it as nice as possible. Our only downfall was our house remodel taking longer and weren't able to extend our stay as they had new guest arriving. Would definitely stay again if needed.

Great Place

Even thou we arrived in the dark, the house had great curb appeal The interior was "sparking clean"!!! It was just the right size for us, with lots of room and well laid out The cupboards was well stocked (much better than the previous home, didn't even have a toaster) The few pods of coffee was appreciated not having to chase our morning brew The location was great, lots of walking can be had The only downside, right next to the road, you could hears the traffic. Especially the rednecks form the next road that roared the pick-ups next to us Thanks for the stay

Dallas Vacation

We were surprised to find out it was a trailer, not an actual house and we never saw the lake. That being said, we were pleased with the interior. The decor was beautiful and the common area was spacious. The beds were extremely comfortable and the USB chargers at each bedside as well as by the couches were very helpful. The private yard was so nice for our son's dog as well. The snacks were also a nice touch.

Dallas trip

We stayed at this place because we wanted to do stuff in around Dallas, such as downtown grapevine, ice, and the stockyards. The location was great. It was about 20-30 minutes away from everything, so it was an easy drive and out of the way of traffic. The house was very clean when we arrived. It was a little smaller than I thought, but it was still a decent size. There was enough too for 4 people, which is how many we had.

Lovely stay

The property was very well photographed in advance, and things look just as I expected. Communication in advance was detailed, good guidance on getting checked in and checked out. Reasonable check out procedures. Friendly communication at all steps. I was very pleased to have strong AC available plus additional fans as needed, given how hot it is in Texas in the summer! The owners of clearly worked hard to create a lovely, well, equipped rental. Lots of beachy artwork, comfortable furniture, and lovely outdoor space. We paid extra for a pet fee, and we’re very pleased with the yard available for our dog. Parking was easy, and the neighborhood was quite lovely. Easy to get to restaurants, groceries, the lake. And there were lots of restaurants that could deliver via various apps. We were quite pleased. Would absolutely stay again!

Pleasant experience

Pleasantly surprised at the cleanliness of the property and extra amenities supplied by the host. Convenient location to major highways and also convenient to local supermarkets restaurants, etc.

Best Home Away from Home Experience

I’m thankful I found the cottage while my home was being remodeled. My two pups and I were able to relax and enjoy more space than at a hotel. The cottage has everything you need! It is quite evident the owners have put forth a lot of thought and care into this beautiful property. I would stay again in a heartbeat! Might need a staycation one day! Communication was easy and we encountered no problems during our stay. Highly recommend staying at the cottage!
