The property was well kept and the interior was spacious. The rear view across the golf course was gorgeous. Amenities inside were sufficient. Good access to the public beach, Main Street, golfing, and short drive to everything else.
The only issue to arise was a significant drain leak from the AC upstairs. Maintenance came to address it quickly. Water soaked the closet and bedroom entry carpet. We left while the work was performed, but came back to the house with the AC turned off. Took several hours to cool back down.
