Hôtel de luxe près de la forêt
Accueil formidable, belle chambre avec vue sur le bois. Piscine spacieuse et grand whirlpool. Beaucoup de forêt pour se promener en toute tranquillité. Point faible on annulait la réservation au 2 étoiles pour fermeture 4 semaines avant notre arrivée. Plus possible de trouver un autre 2 étoiles. En fin de compte le restaurant fonctionnait malgré tout. pas d'explication pour notre annulation.

Schöne Anlage mit Blick auf den Wald
Service verbesserungsfähig sowohl im Sternerestaurant (kein Brot zum Käse)wie Zimmerservice (2 Mal war das Zimmer oberflächlichgeputzt, keine Seife, kein Obst und Wartezeit von 10 Min mit Hund vor der Zimmertür). Sonst schöne Anlage mit kleinem Pool, kleinem Fitness. Liegt am Wald,schöne Sicht aus dem Zimmer

Ohne den Rezeptionisten ein tolles Hotel
Das Hotel sieht insbesondere Nachts wunderschön aus. Ein ganz besonderer Ort. Leider sind die einfachen Zimmer, nicht in einem, dem Hotel entsprechenden Zustand. Klodeckel defekt. Das Zimmer wirkte etwas abgelebt. Das Frühstück ist toll. Der Service war zuvorkommend. Der Rezeptionist beim Checkout war leider arrogant, überheblich und hat nicht angepasst kommuniziert. Schade.

Luxueus rust.
Zeer rustig gelegen hotel, met sauna en binnenzwembad, luxueus. Schitterend restaurant maar je moet heel wat weken op voorhand reserveren. Verschillende kamertypes. Zoals vaak geen goede leeslampjes. Badjassen groter dan XXL moet je zelf meebrengen. Vriendelijke service.

The big down side on our part was the curtains, they were see through and all the light came through the sides and the top. Also the doors weren’t very well isolated and we could hear everything, including the elevator Plus side is the very friendly staff

Great place to relax
Amazing staff, great facilities, ended up staying an extra night to relax and enjoy the facilities there. Staff were courteous and always willing to help. Only downside was that the housekeepers were quite chatty in the morning so couldn’t have a lie in.

Belgium trip 2019
We stayed here two nights, it was a bit of a drive to see the sights from here but the hotel was so worth the extra driving. This place is really special, this is the kind of place you want to take your wife off to for her to really relax at least once a year. It's not cheap, but it sure is nice. We loved it.

Environnement magnifique ainsi que les installations. Restaurant La Source exceptionnel. Personnel prévenant et attentif. Ne pas se fier aux noms francophones du lieu, des restaurants ou du SPA, peu d'employés parlent français, ce qui , n'était pas un problème pour nous. On y retournera sans hésiter!

Positieve en negatieve gevoelens bij het weggaan
Het hotel ligt in een prachtige omgeving, veel wandel en fiets mogelijkheden. De verwarming wordt geregeld door hetelucht verwarming dat gaf voor ons geluids overlast op de slaapkamer. We konden in het hotel geen rustige hoek vinden waar je prettig kon zitten lezen. Koffie bij het ontbijt was niet lekker. De service was goed

Stunning countryside hotel with a modern twist
Modern interiors with traditional buildings on a relaxing and stunning location. From what we expect from the location and the traditional buildings, the room might be too modern (looked like a business hotel room). Great hospitality but the food and slow service at the bistro let us down a little bit.

Het hotel is gelegen in een grote tuin, vlakbij het natuurreservaat Hoge Kempen. Ideaal voor lange herfstwandeling! Ik logeerde in het bijgebouw in een heel comfortabele, ruime, modern ingerichte kamer. Het enige wat ik hier nog zou wensen is een gemakkelijke zetel om naar tv te kijken. Zeer uitgebreid ontbijt, kan niet beter! Zeer vriendelijk personeel.

Séjour très agréable
Du 27 au 30 décembre. Personnel sympathique et présent en nombre. Piscine et sauna très accueillants. Petit déjeuner exceptionnel quand on aime un buffet varié ! Femmes de ménage serviables mais un peu "envahissantes", exemple : frapper à la porte après 21h pour nous demander si tout va bien !

Lovely peaceful location
Two night stay for business. Room was in the annex but that doesn't mean there was anything wrong with the room. Lovely peaceful, comfortable room. Well equipped. Quite warm and the air con only took the edge off it, but that was a minor issue. Unfortunately I didn't make use of any of the main facilities but I'm sure they would have been great.

Fijn hotel, alles klopt. Heerlijk gegeten in Bistro Gourmand ' Het Binnenhof ' met enorm vriendelijke bediening Fantastisch gegeten in * Restaurant La Source. Super ontbijt. Mooie fietsroutes in de omgeving. Een plek waar je volledig tot rust kunt komt.
