Hotel correcto, pero con mala ubicación
Si tienes coche dispone de amplio parking, un desayuno tipo buffet muy variado. La moqueta de la habitación sobra. Al ser un hotel musulmán no te permiten introducir bebidas alcohólicas. Un problema.... en el hilo musical del hotel, se escuchan todas las llamadas al rezo (empiezan a las 4,30 de la madrugada, y los viernes dura mas de lo normal). El loop de Kenny G. acaba por aburrir

very nice clean and islamic hotel.. the hotel is kind of far from all the tourist spots but the cabs were not expensive

The hotel seems nice from the outside, but it's a bit far from some locations. The staff tried to help me, however, my aircon was dripping for most of my staff. I made the staff aware of this but no one came to fix my aircon. They said someone had, but it dripped all the time.

The external decoration of the hotel is much elegant and beautiful than any other hotels at the neighbourhood. I was a bit disappointed of the loose tapwater of the basin and the loose toilet cover in the toilet.They should be regularly checked and fixed before allowing guests to check into the room. It will be good to provide an extra clean toilet roll and a king size bed. Otherwise, the service of the hotel and staffs are good. They allows me to heat up my leftover food in their kitchen without charge me. The staffs are friendly and polite. They understand English. I can easily get my toiletries and snacks from the nearby mini marts and shopping mall for food. There are also walkable seafood restaurants by the streets and 24hours KFC. The location also easy for Grab transport to pick us up👍👍👍

案内された部屋はとても暑い部屋で、早速エアコンの電源を入れてしばしショッピングに外出、帰ってきても室温は高いまま、エアコンが壊れているようでフロントに電話してチェックしてもらった。リセットしてのでしばらく様子を見ろと、しかし冷風は来ないので再度電話して部屋を変更してもらった。暑い部屋に案内されたのは初めてです。

Obwohl es ein muslimisches Hotel ist und wir keine Moslems sind waren die Angestellten alle sehr freundlich , herzlich und bei Bedarf auch hilfsbereit zu uns.Das Hotel ist sehr sauber. Es gibt reichlich kostenlose Parkplätze und ein Auto kann man dort auch sehr günstig mieten.Beim Frühstück gibt es genug Auswahl , so dass jeder etwas leckeres für sich finden wird .Wir waren bereits das zweite Mal im Hotel Aida und mit Sicherheit nicht das letzte Mal.Preis Leistung hervorragend !

The breakfast served were delicious. Staff were all very friendly, polite and helpful. The hotel was clean and decent. It was awesome that they provide a free shuttle service to the mosque for Friday prayers. However, for a 4 stars hotel, what’s lacking is the daily supply of mineral water bottles for the guests, tooth brush and tooth paste and box of tissue was only given to us on the second last day of our five nights stay.

I booked for a superior double room.I was shocked because this hotel did not have superior double room. Only provided one extra bed.Thats truly a disappointment. Secondly not provided with mineral water.Only given a glass bottle filled with water.

Had to ask the staff 3 times to change all our 4 pillows. Dirty yellow stained and smell. In stead of changing the pillows, staff put 2 pillow cases instead.

Spacious Room Great Shower
It's our 2nd time here in Adya Kuah. The room was spacious. Shower was superb. The staffs were friendly and always smile. Few areas that need improvement: 1. Pillows are so uncomfortable. Thin and not fluffy resulted neck and body ache. 2. Aircond always tripped; 2-3 times during our stay

We check in at night and the walk way to the rooms looks scary. Room was huge but its was very dirty, carpet worn off and a lots of stains in it. Toilet was dirty and the walls has black stain and flies was flying around, taps, host and rain shower was rusty. Towel was old black faded with strong chemical smell. No tooth brush was given, toilet door was dirt and broken here and there. Breakfast we didn't book but we pay and went for the buffer breakfast also disappointing also. The only pleasant thing is the balcony view to the sea and mountain that all. I think the management need to look into the cleanliness to provide guest satisfaction. Coming from a clean country we accept a 4 star hotel quality but its was more like a 2-3 star hotel standard. This is not acceptable!

I ONLY like the breakfast there.Cafe staff need more skill in customer service..... Unpleasant welcoming by the front desk except for the bell boy.Room is not ready until check in time at 3pm.We got there around 12 pm ish...... After persuading manage to check in before 3pm. TV channels is not working until my check out day 4days 3 nights.Old black faded towel.Soap tray is broken.....no place for soap.Shower tap is not working well.Carpet worn out....air con is not cold!
