Lo bueno: Dos personas muy amables Lo más malo: No me hicieron el servicio del cuarto y cuando reclamé no me atendieron correctamente, todo se limitó a un "ni modo", sin ánimo de solucionar el hecho.

Everything was good as usual as we have visited the hotel several times. The main frustration was the pool and hot tub was closed for renovations and no notifications were given for this at all. Emails should be sent out to notify prior reservations of the change as that was one of the main purposes of trip was to sit by the pool. No discount or offers were given because of the change

The maids Really need to check the alarm clocks on the room after check outs. I thought the rooms were well insulated until my 2nd morning when I was awakened by the alarm clock in the room next to mine going off at 5 AM. Ruined my stay and day. I always unplug my clock at hotels. Everyone has smart phones for alarms. This one went off for a long time, not sure if someone was in the room or not.

The beds were uncomfortable and the bath was shallow. The pool was closed the entire week I was there. Overall it was fine, nothing spectacular. For the price I was satisfied. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

The property was very nice and the staff friendly. Breakfast every morning was a great touch. We had a truck with a trailer and had no problem parking it there. There is ample parking and only 20 minutes to Las Vegas. The only downside was the bed was as hard as a brick. Would definitely stay again for the price and convenience.

We were not informed before or during check-in that the pool would be closed for 4 weeks. In fact, in the "info" they gave us with breakfast times, wi-fi code, etc.- the pool times were listed. We only learned of the closure after our children wanted to use the pool. We asked for a refund and to check out and were told that we'd have to talk to management the next day. The pool was one of the only reasons we chose this hotel. We ended up calling the 24 hour Comfort Suites number and after some hassle, checked out and moved to a different hotel.

Probably was okay... outdated and brown...a bit run down. Gym equipment was very old and falling apart. Breakfast was hot but was low quality. Eggs were packed scrambled eggs and the sausage was the cheap kind you would find at crappy places like McDonald's. Outside of the eggs and sausage it was just a cheap continental breakfast. It wasn't a terrible hotel or location for Henderson. Henderson in general is a bit run down. But the hotel area seemed to be safe... unlike a lot of the Vegas areas...so that is good. The hotel price was good. The holiday inn around the corner is way nicer... but again this hotel wasn't too bad just marginal. But I'd stay here again versus a cheaper motel 6 or equivalent.

Our room was not cleaned. I had to clean the room myself. At our check out, ´we got back $50 refund thru Expedia. I’m waiting for Expedia to refund my credit card. The hôtel needs a new facelift.
