Actually, this was my first experience staying at this hotel. Overall, it was average.
When we arrived to check in, we were offered an option to upgrade our room for $75 for 2 days, which we agreed to. The room was spacious and clean, but the refrigerator was very noisy. We mentioned this to the front desk, and they simply said "sorry" without offering any solution.
At the pool area, they require guests to reserve a tent and make a purchase in order to use any umbrella, which seems unreasonable. The pool staff were quite rude and appeared to pick and choose which customers to assist. I made multiple requests to order something, and the staff member kept saying she would be back,but never returned. The parking area, pool area, elevators, and casino were not clean, and many of the lights were broken.
