El aire apartamento no enfriaba porque tiene temperatura fija de 75 lo que debería estar mejor para enfriar. Pienso falta mantenimiento. De resto excelente

The property was a little hidden but easy to get too. The room was clean, spacious enough for our group. Everyone was friendly and helpful.

The property was far from Deluxe. We arrived late on the evening of December 29 and there were apparent bloodstain marks on one of the ceilings. I requested a different room and they were unable to accommodate. I requested at a minimum that the ceiling be cleaned and was told first thing the next day . When I returned at 3pm, the stain was still there. The apartment was dated, not clean behind couches, dark and bathroom was tiny. Overall, very vet far from Deluxe and not reflective of the pictures.

This was our first time finding this hidden little gem, and we would definitely be back. There was plenty of room for 2 families with kids. Having the kitchen saved so much money and time vs eating out. It's not as fancy as a regular hotel, but it is right in the middle of the strip and our room had a fantastic view of the sphere, Eiffel Tower, Bellagio fountain, etc and was amazing on New Year's Eve. The best was the front desk lady Edwana who was so friendly and helpful and made us feel very welcome and taken care of.

Good location, room and facility a little bit outdated. Washing machine didn’t work. Two bathroom was nice especially when travelling with bigger family. Cosmopolitan, Bellagio and Caesars Palace are the closest Casinos.

Decent property, but poor customer service
The location is the reason why I would stay here. The room service is terrible and they pretty much never handled any of our requests. The access keys were pretty much failing all the time, not sure if it's card reader vs cards.

Great view but furniture needs improvement
Great view, comfortable beds in the bedroom. However, sofa bed sunken & uncomfortable to the point that some of us decided to sleep in a different hotel. Our feet/socks also ended up black, floor needs mopping.

Peaceful hotel
Smoothly got checked into the hotel. No problems. Not the most luxurious hotel but that wasnt a problem for me. Only needed a place to stay at night.

The extra bed and let out couch was not clean and smelled like mold.. like the couch had not been cleaned. And had crumbs on it. The view was nice and location was good..

If you are millionaire, you do not need to stay here. If you are nobody like me, this is the best cost-effective place. It has excellent view, free self parking, great location, full kitchen, and easy in and out. Only drawback was the bathroom a little bit small.

Needs remodeling. Especially the bathroom. Advertised as strip view. My view was a solid wall. Could not even see the strip was located behind a casino. Was clean although in the lobby sometimes a strong smell of dope

Great location at the center of the strip. Love the pool, sauna and gym. Spacious room with kitchen, parking included. Corteous and helpful staff.
