Pesima atencion y personal mal educado, por reservar por medio de Hotels me dijeron que no tenia derecho a limpieza a la habitación estuvimos ahi 5 dias y nadie hizo la limpieza por lo mismo, el personal super mal educado e irrespetuoso no existe la amabilidad en este hotel sinceramente no me gusto para nada

El hotel es muy bello! La suite donde nos hospedamos es muy bonita, solamente que la limpieza súper deficiente, parece que hubiesen pasado un trapito rápido, las sábanas parecían usadas y los baños tenían pelos. Y pues al no hacer la reservación directa con el hotel no tuvimos derecho a limpieza diaria. Nos tocó sacar la basura porque sino nos cobraban. Todo está bien, pero organicen un poco. Igual la pasamos increíble.

En general muy bien. Si me vuelvo a quedar ahí sólo llevaría papel de baño el cual estuvo muy limitado para el número de días. Y llevaría una cafetera. En general el departamento cómodo y muy amplio.

La cocina no estaba limpia. Los platos estaba sucios de comida, las cucharas sucias. Todos los utensilios de cocina derretidos y muy viejos. El baño si estaba limpio y el dormitorio tambien. El servicio de recepción pésimo. Te hablan como si se hubieran peleado con sus esposos.

No me gusto que no me avisaran que todo lo tienen cerrado, casino , piscinas, restaurantes , gym todo está cerrado , les pregunté que cuando abren todo y dijeron que no saben , pague tanto por el hotel y solo fui a dormir no es justo y además no limpian la habitación ni te cambian las toallas ni las sábanas nada y si se te acaba el papel o el jabón o quieres que te limpien la habitación hay un cobro de 25 dls por cada día que pidas algo y si quieres papel tienes que pagarlo o jabón hay un cargo aparte no me gusto para nada.

The staff were not helpful and extremely rude to me. The room was insanely dirty and when i asked for it to be fixed i was told i didnt ask quick enough after check in so they would have to charge me to come in and fix the disgusting bedding they didnt change from the previous stay. It was clear it wasnt changed either as there was food and wrappers all over the bed. I spent a lot of money to have a very dirty room and to be treated like i wasnt good enough to stay at their properties. I honestly think this is the worst stay and customer experience i have had anywhere yet.

We had an amazing stay in two separate appartments and enjoyed the views and amenities that’s the palms and casino both offered. Had some difficulty’s with room keys but other than that it was a pleasant stay. Thanks for having us out!

Very close to the strip. Only problem we had was plumbing , we had a horrible sewage smell coming from the sink. Other then that everything was fine

Lack of showing customer service and greetings of hospitality from the front desk. Some were helpful but no one expressed any interest in being happy or smiling and they set the tone for the place . Every time you went there it was like “now what” . The bell men and valet guys were nice and eager to help. The exact opposite at the front desk.

Love the view we had and the set up of the room. The jet tub was the best! Only thing was the drainage in double sinks were slow and the tub water took a while to get hot and was slow. The main fridge was a bit dirty.

Two different front door people were incredibly and unhelpful. There was frequent blaming by the fromt desk on expeidia and the property owner. Still haven't had issue resolved.

Property owner and onsite management were unable to fix most issues during entire stay. Promised repairs daily but both groups continued to blame the other for lack of progress. Expedia also unable and unwilling to help resolve problems and we were unable to speak with a live person for help ( lengthy chats were terminated multiple times while attempting resolution). Promised rental description was inaccurate and was never resolved (2 king beds vs 1 king /1 pullout). Master TV was broken and never repaired with daily updates from owner and front desk given conflicting excuses. Room was dirty, washer/dryer ridiculously complicated and inefficient (12 hours to dry single load), missing utensils (1fork-0 sharp knives), missing bedding, inoperable phones, broken usb charging stations. A very frustrating vacation! Think twice
