What a wonderful getaway during any time of year. The river offers a serene landscape , the sauna was amazing the hot tub was perfect as well. The home is absolutely gorgeous , we spent about 20 minutes debating on which room was better as they were all great. The host was communicative at all times as well , truly a wonderful experience

Stayed a couple nights with some friends on a visit to Leavenworth. The house is exactly as described and is very nice and modern. Things were very clean and in great condition. The location on the river is great and the icicle valley is beautiful. Less than a ten minute drive into downtown Leavenworth and just on the opposite of the nearby main road is the icicle ridge trail which was a nice hike that didn't require even getting in the car. There was unfortunately some very heavy construction going on right next door during our visit but it didn't really take away from our time there and it isn't the fault of the owners or the property itself. Had a great few days and would definitely recommend.

My daughter and I stayed at this precious home for two nights to enjoy Leavenworth and hike before she heads off to college. What a special home that exceeded any expectations. The house is very clean, has everything you need in kitchen and beautiful deck overlooking creek bed. We will be back for sure!

Couldn't have been happier, beautiful clean home with everything you could want or need, amazing location, a little bit out of town to be peaceful and quiet, but close enough to run there easily for all the downtown fun. Loved the great river access, and serenity. Thank you.

We planned this stay at the beginning of our vacation to start unwinding and unplugging. It was a perfect location and we enjoyed the spot on the river so much. The river was cold but so fun to go into when the sun got hot. There was a tree down reaching into the river so it was the perfect place to play and jump into the water which is deep and swimmable right in front of the house then gets shallow and has a fun little mini rapid which puts you into the island if you run a tube down. The house was great. There was a list of things I wish it had or would have been nice but I never expect every house to have them or be able to keep stocked. The owners were very helpful and communicative even being away traveling.

This is a great place to vacation with a family! It has all the amenities - comfortable home, big, grassy yard for games, fun river to swim and float, spacious deck and patio for relaxation and beautiful views. Plus, the recreation in the area is outstanding. Frankie was an attentive host, as well. We enjoyed our stay immensely and will stay here again when in the area. Thank you, Frankie, for sharing your lovely home with us!

Really nice to sit on the deck and patio watching birds, ducks and see the fish in the stream. Had a visit from a bear on the other side of the stream for a breif second. Woke up to a few deer hanging out in the back yard. Really nice place, you feel like you’re just by yourself on the stream. Kitchen was amazing to cook in. And the double head shower was my favorite. Feeling like a king washing in there. Thx for the awesome place to stay. Money well spent!!

This home is perfectly plaved between the river and mountains,.provides incredible views. The kitchen is quite large making meal prep very easy. We booked this for the barrell sauna which was just the perfect addition to our stay. I am looking forward to staying here again.

This home is absolutely stunning with the perfect view! We enjoyed our stay very much! The home owners are excellent to communicate with and made sure we had everything we needed during our stay! Loved the outdoor patio area - I sat outside for hours enjoying the sounds of the river and reading. Beds are super comfortable.

This property is absolutely amazing!! My family and I stayed three nights and enjoyed the home very much. We paddle boarded on the river, fished at Fish Lake, hiked to Colchuck, and had bratwurst at Munchen Haus. Book this place, you won't have any regret!

This is truly a gem of a vacation rental that has all you would need from amazing views to fantastic amenities (even sharp knives). Frankie was extremely responsive and helpful. My family and I had a blast running our kayaks down the river and look forward to returning soon.

We celebrated my birthday here! It was such an amazing place! We loved the peacefulness of being by the river, we slept better than we have in years! It’s close to town also! The owners are fantastic to work with! We will definitely try to stay here again!

Prepare to be wow’d. Stunning home and even better property. Nestled just a few minutes from the hub of town activities you’re on the water and you feel a million miles away. Our favorite spots were around the firepit staring at the rushing river, mountain scape and enjoying the variety of birds that hung out around the house. Oh and the hammock on a sunny day! We spent most of our time outside! The views from inside make you feel like the outside is inside. Commune with nature, casual luxury, great kitchen and design throughout. Nice community with beautiful homes on farm like land. You won’t be disappointed!

We loved the property and the host was super friendly and made sure we had everything we needed. The view from the back deck is stunning and we were thinking of coming back in summer just to lounge and watch the sunrise as the river flows by. Could not recommend more!

We spent MLK weekend at this beautiful home and it was perfect for our group (we were 3 adults and 3 kids). The home was very clean and had everything we needed. The location was awesome- it felt very private and secluded with a gorgeous river scene, while being a very short drive to the heart of Leavenworth. Everything was easy- check in, check out, operating coffee pot, hot tub, sauna, etc. Highly recommend!

We stayed here between Christmas and New Years and loved this property. It was beautiful and magical for our kids who had seen almost no snow before. Frankie was very communicative and helpful especially when our flight was canceled and we had to drive in from another airport. Would absolutely stay again and hope to be back. Thank you for a wonderful vacation!
