Great Apartment
What a great place to stay! I’m in Leeds a lot and found this gem. Talk about home from home. Everything you need, the apartment is bigger than my flat at home….! I for sure will be back.

Upon arrival have to park in Q carpark and walk to main office whats not on the front of the road but down a a little alleyway to collect keys. Discounted parking on site or Discounted parking in Q carpark but be prepared at 40 pounds for 2 days. Got keys and walking into the main building the heat was tremendous and radiators on full in communal hall way, also upon entering the apartment the heating was on full and windows didnt open due to mechanism being broken on them. Shower leaking down the sode of the toilet and water filled bathroom floor but power shower really good. No toilet roll holder as broken but apart from this a good place to stay. In the main city centre for leeds close to bars and all shops and amenities.

Great Location
Thank you to the staff at The Headrow Mansio Suites and especially Yusef on reception. Very polite, helpful and professional. We enjoyed our stay as it was a great location, lovely clean new apartments and friendly staff.

awful service
great apartment, awful service! i didn’t receive instructions on how to find the property so rang them. receptionist said that i needed to go to 117 the headway to check in before going to the apartment. she didn’t mention that 117 the headway is a blood donor centre! took us ages to get in as receptionist was not answering the buzzer (once we eventually found the in signposted entrance behind the blood donor centre. when we booked it said parking available; it isn’t! i messaged the week before our stay asking where we should park but never got a reply. reception was not open at 8am when we left so we’re unable to check out. shame as apartments are nice but no concept of service. receptionist was unhelpful and didn’t know about local parking.

Hello Clive Thank you for your review about the service and the experience at Mansio Suites. 117 The Headrow is the address for our apartments not the blood donor center, although we do get a lot of confusion from this. Expedia/Hotels.com send out booking confirmations with directions on how to find us. We have signage just above the the blood donor center and we are always happy to direct guests when they call. The information on parking is on Expedia/Hotesl.com, we apologise if it wasn't clear as we don't have control over how they display information provided by us. When you called to find out where was the best place for you to park i did give you two parking places we work with for a discounted rate. Parking is available at our onsite building, as it's limited spaces you have to per-book it for a fee of 20 over night. I understand that you emailed us before your arrival date to ask about parking, we apologise that you didn't get an answer, sometimes messages from Expedia/Hotesl.com can be missed. We apologise about not seeing anyone at reception when you checked out as we open from 9am but we do have a self check out box available for all of our guests. Thank youMansio Suites

Would stay again
The suite was well decorated,and well kitted out with quality items. There wasn't,or I couldn't find, a bottle opener/tinopener or cork screw. However the Staff were great,very well spoken and extremely helpful.

Very good location
Reception staff were really friendly and the accommodation was great. Very well located and had everything we needed. The postcode for check in takes you to the Blood donor centre but you need to go back a few steps and into a courtyard on the right. This could have been made clearer in the emails.

There was no bottled water in the apartment ‘because of COVID’ - which made no sense. The oven didn’t work and the reception closed at 7:30pm so there was no-one to help resolve

Second stay and it was no where near as clean as the first time. It was extremely noisy all night with noise from the street and the bedroom window was broken so wouldn’t close , there were no cleaning supplies dish cloth tea towel etc no microwave and the kitchen cupboards were all stained

Leeds biz trip
The property location is ideal, but it was very hard to find the reception desk. The internet is not reliable and if you are going to conduct meetings, expect it to disconnect several times. The rooms are very clean, bed was comfortable and sheets are fresh and crisp. The room did have a washer but no dryer which I had to go downstairs and use only one dryer which was not efficient.

The flat smelt awful. We tried to open windows, but only one small one would open. I wouldn’t recommend. Basic accommodation but still expensive. Wouldn’t stay again or recommend.

another good stay
Stayed here a few times now - always clean, comfortable with more room and value than local hotels. Access to the place is easy and location perfect for city centre - you enter the place through a wide alleyway which doesn't look very inviting because you're basically in between the backs of office buildings - so don't expect nice views. People at reception always helpful.

Extremely clean and modern. Lovely touch with the table being set up rather than having everything stored in the cupboards. The tea, coffee, milk and soft drinks in the fridge was immensely appreciated. I felt like I could have lived in the property. The bed was extremely comfortable.
