The hotel was very nice. Right in front of the beach and a block away from azul beach club. It has an infinite pool in floor 3 where tou can see the sunset,very beautiful. The rooms are huge and very clean. Staff was super nice. I recommend this hotel 💯.

The staff took my passport and kept it, till I realized he didn’t returned it to me. Upon asking, he pulled it out from as m insecure drawer and apologised. This should not have happened.

This hotel is conveniently located just across the road from the beach and within easy reach of local restaurants and bars. Dinner in the hotel was themed differently each evening. The rooms were large and clean. The staff could not do enough to accommodate you. Overaul, a lovely four night stay and I would recommend this hotel.

The hotel is old and rooms overdue for update. My room was large, but knocked about with a damp musty smell that didn’t go away. I sprayed a tonne of perfume just to feel less agitated, but the smell was too strong. Room service was took 40 mins to arrive, however the food was good quality.

The shower drain had a smell of sewerage for the first 60 seconds until it gets washed away every time. The mosquitos were unbearable. The food quality and choice was outstanding. I particularly liked their breakfast buffet. Dinner night buffet was excellent too.

Check in was slow and not very accommodating for an early check in. In fact check in was delayed we had to wait half hour after check in time to have a room. Ask for a welcome drink drink at 11am as we we thirsty but was told sorry they will not serve welcome drink until close to check in time if we want a drink we need to purchase else where!
