Very cosy comfy bed and veryclean , nice bathroom and good shower . It was bit on the cold side in the evening as radiator was off , but was on in the morning .

Room with private bathroom
Check in was fast and in line with COVID-19 regulations, the room with private bathroom was spacious and very clean; bed is also very comfortable. In the property there’s a restaurant with some options. We tried the pizza (wood fire oven) and was very tasty. Lots of space to sit outside and areas inside the property. Staff very friendly. Location is great too. Overall great experience!

We had an amazing time at Connemara Hostel. Very good price for a luxury accommodation. You are at the center of anything you want in this area. I would highly recommend it! Especially that that the staff is so friendly and helpful.

Great value hostel in pretty location
We stayed 1 night as it was near Kylemore Abbey. Great value for a hostel to have a double room with ensuite. The communal kitchen was large and there is a great supermarket around the corner which also had other cafes and a pub. Set in a pretty location and staff were friendly. Would stay here again.

Casual travelers delight accommodation.
Great location near Letterfrack village. Not plush room but good comfortable beds and good linens. Good en-suite shower with nice shampoos and shower gel etc supplied. Shared kitchen facilities upstairs + eating relaxing area. Breakfast cost extra but was very good.

The room was nice, clean and quiet. The location is perfect to visit the national park and there are some nice places to eat great seafood. We had also a great breakfast

Would Stay Again
Pretty good hostel. The location is great: walkable to the park and to town. Plenty of parking. Wifi was good. Plenty of space to cook your own meals. Breakfast isn't included in the price, but it's about 5-10 euros for a good meal.

We had a room at the end of the hall. The bathroom was beautiful with a huge sink. Plenty of free on-site parking and easily walkable to the park with several restaurants and a pub one block away.

Exceeded expectations for a hostel. Was expecting pretty spartan accomodations, but the room and ensuite washroom was clean and mostly comfortable. It is definitely great value for money, and its proximity to the Connemara National Park is ideal.

Great find
We got caught in the cold rain and quickly decided to stay. Fabulous stay! Great spacious room, plenty of room for reading and spreading out by the fire, a d a very God breakfast. Only issue is the restaurant is only open in the summer, but several eateries nearby

Great value hotel close to National Park Centre
We had an on suite double room which was very comfortable. This is not luxury accommodation but beds were comfortable, walk in shower was good. Shampoo and hair drier not provided. Breakfast was very good and surprisingly the hostel hosts one of the best fine dining restaurants for miles around.

Trotz extremer Wetterlage konnten wir in uns in Letterfreck durch die sehr gemütliche Destination mit sehr angenehmen weiteren Gästen auch in der Gemeinschaftsküche sehr wohl fühlen und verbrachten eine erholsame Zeit im Hostel!

Very roomy and comfortable private room
Very comfy stay here. Room was large (justifying the higher price), with beautiful bathroom. The restaurant was unfortunately not open for season yet (it was early June), but there are great restaurants two minutes down the road. No laundry facilities on site, but otherwise great amenities including large communal kitchen. Would definitely recommend this hostel.

Everything we could have asked for
Beautiful area, clean spacious hostel room. Fairly quiet at night for a hostel on the weekend. Building was in good working order. Unlike many of the nearby options this hostel was close to the village and an easy walk for food and drinks. The hostel offers affordable breakfast and laundry although we didn't use either. It seems they also act as a coffee shop in the busy season, great for anyone tired of all the instant coffee in Europe. The beds were a little hard is my only criticism.

Little bit disappointed by our stay there. We requested a quiet room and got the one fro,t of the reception where we could hear people coming late at night. The room was really cold even with the heater. We saw a lot of good comment about the restaurant which were close. Fortunately the location was great and the staff was nice.
