The people behind the desk (especially an "old lady") were very friendly and helpful. I would repeat hostal again. They could improve the breakfast though.

At check in the lady at the desk was extremely nice and informative. Then in comes higher personnel and requested paperwork for my service dog. I explained that I didn’t have it on hand and that I could get it faxed or emailed and she proceeded with attitude. From that point until yesterday attitude persisted. Yesterday after the room was paid 2 times and cancelled by her 2 times and she said nothing she waiting h til she got off and has the clerk tell me to vacate the premises. Ok no problem just give me a bit to pack up and get my things from the laundromat and she said ok. A short few later she knocked on the door and said I needed to leave right then and I was getting my stuff packed to the truck she called the police and removed me from the property that I at that time was gone from. Worst nightmare experience of a hotel I have ever had. Will not go back and will not recommend to anyone ever.

The hotel was fine. The bed was neatly made when I arrived, all flat surfaces were clean, fridge and freezer were clean, sinks were clean, floors appeared clean. Upon taking the covers back, there was some random debris in the bed, like small black pine needles? Not sure. Got clean sheets from front desk with no issue. There was something on one of the walls but since I didn’t touch the walls, I didn’t worry about it but didn’t love the look. Bed was decently comfortable, front desk was manned when I got there and even when I checked out before 6 am. It was fine but nothing spectacular. A good deal.

There was water damage in the room and the phone didn’t work. While the staff was courteous, I don’t think a lot of effort was put forth to fix the issues I brought up to them.

I see outside of the door about 3 inches. Covered it up with a towel. Says breakfast but they only have protein bars, packaged oatmeal, and very limited coffee. Pickup is in the offense. Feels unsafe here.

I liked the motel, it was in a beautiful spot, but you could hear sirens all night. The room was nice, ive never stayed in one with a full size fridge, 2 burner stove, etc. It was nice.

It was dirty, broken bathroom door, cabinets were peeling. There was food crumbs on the bed and sheets and a roach was hanging out in the hvac panel. It appeared when my daughter went to turn on the heat and she cried for 2 hours wanting to sleep in the car.

My check in staff was wonderful, I think her name was Nacacia. Very polite and kind. The room was fine- with the exception of the smoke smell and burn marks on the sink. The bed was comfortable enough for a good nights rest.

There was a consistent noise outside, I'm not sure if it was traffic or what, but there was a terrible noise that repeated itself every few seconds, but minor complaint. Stay was fantastic. Clean. No smoking in room, which is great, but then those who smoke gathered basically in front of my room. It was loud, and every time I wanted to leave the room I left through a cloud of smoke at my doorstep. Room wasn't necessarily "dirty" but it wasn't the cleanest either. Bed was nice. Sheets were clean. Shower was older but great water pressure There was commotion outside my room very early morning and cops showed up. Since it's an outside facing room it feels a little unsafe. Room phone kept ringing randomly. Walls seem pretty thin between the rooms. You can hear a lot. Check in was easy and guy was helpful. Room was pretty cheap, so I guess you get what you pay for.

The poor front desk person was sooo busy and alone… Said she was sick but they are short of staff so she had to come in. Apologized. Then when she was finally able to register us and we went to our room, we were greeted by the most noxious odor. We knew there was no way we could sleep in that room. She told us we would get a refund but we never did. Can Expedia help us get our money back as we never stayed in the room

I had booked this hotel and I should have read all of the reviews before booking. We pull up and notice a handful of homeless people hanging out in the parking lot. Which wouldnt be an issue however we noticed when getting out of our car that the place was used for permanent living for a lot of the rooms. All of the full time residents were all hanging outside smoking a wide range of stuff, drinking and partying. We walked into the office to check in…my card was declined because my bank marked it as a fraud charge…THANK GOD FOR MY BANK! I quickly excused myself outside to call my bank but instead my husband, my 18 year old son and I ran to our car which at this point my car was surrounded by these permanent residents. We left there as quickly as we came! The office was dirty and I got a glance at one of the rooms when walking by and it was filthy and smelly.
