Lovely condo for Kauai getaway
It was our first trip to Kauai and this condo is centrally located in Wailua area which made it easy to visit the rest of the island. I loved that the unit has two bathrooms - a big plus even for two people. The second one has more sink and storage space so we used that one mainly and used the other one for showering. The beach towels, snorkel gear, beach chairs etc. were a huge plus that we took advantage of. The pool is super nice and not too busy - we would go for a swim at the end of each day surrounded by tiki torches! The view is gorgeous and we rose every morning in time to see the sunrise. Keep in mind there is no elevator and there are 3 flights of stairs to climb up and down to access the condo. We loved our stay and Barry was super responsive if we had any questions.

Great location! Beautiful view of the ocean, sunrises and pool. Easy access to path along ocean. Lovely simple decor. Steve the night watchman and Tiki Torch Lighter was endearing and engaging. The roosters and hens are plentiful… We look forward to our return. Mahalo !!

Wonderful place in Kauai
This was our first stay in Kauai and fell in love with the island. We weren’t sure which part of the island to stay, but after exploring during our trip, we realized we found a gem of a place. The location is great to be able to launch out and see all the different areas in Kauai. It was peaceful and and great place to unwind from our busy schedules. We really enjoyed Lydgate beach for swimming, which is very close. We rented bikes and rode the coastal trail several mornings, which was spectacular. There are enough activities nearby for you to do as much or as little as you want. Barry was very responsive and great to work with. The bed was very comfortable to sleep in and the place was clean and well stocked with the essentials. The washer and dryer in the unit was nice to have during our week stay so packing light is easy to do. The community was quiet and very peaceful at night. We are already thinking about when we can get away again for another visit!

Beautiful place
The condo is at a perfect location to explore the north or south side of the island. Thank you for all the Hawaiian goodies to welcome us. The view of the pool and the ocean is lovely. The condo was clean and had everything we needed (well-equipped kitchen, small cooler, beach chairs, umbrella, snorkel gears). The fans and the cross breezes on the third floor made made our stay comfortable that didn’t need ÁC. We love the condo, had a wonderful time, and we will definitely come back.

Wonderful place
We had an amazing time in Kauai. Everything was great from arrival, enjoying our stay, to departure. Communication with Barry (owner) was excellent. The unit was clean and well equipped, it had everything we needed. Sitting on the terrace with a cup of Kauai coffee in the morning, watching the sunrise was a treat. Highly recommend this property, would definitely stay again! Thanks!!!

Perfect place for our time in Kauai
A table of Hawaiian goodies awaited us when we checked in! The view from the condo is even better than the pictures show. It was easy to get to all sites from this central location. The condo itself had everything we needed, the in unit washer and dryer were so convenient. And we definitely made use of the beach chairs and umbrella and small cooler. We brought our own snorkeling gear but there are two sets there if we had needed them. Being from TX, I was a little worried about no AC, but with the fans going in the bedroom and the windows slats open, the cross breeze was very comfortable. No problems sleeping. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Kauai Family Vacation
This was our second time for our family to stay at Kaha Lani. We love the convenient location of driving and the beach. The great pool and barbeques are definitely a plus too! Our third floor condo had an amazing view and was very comfortable. Mahalo and we hope to stay there again soon!

Hidden gem!
Property was located in a quiet area with incredible views, a pool, and a relatively private beach. Everything we needed to stay in and cook, to have a day at the beach, or to lounge on the deck. Located such that travel to any part of the island wasn’t any more than a 30 minute drive. Loved this place!

Spectacular property! Great location!
What an amazing little property! The location is fantastic. We were minutes from the airport, Lihue, and walking distance to Kapaa Town. Property and grounds are well maintained. The view from our 3rd floor unit was so beautiful, overlooking the pool and the ocean. You are just steps from the beach where we did spend some time. The unit was well equipped with everything you need in a home away from home. The homeowner (Barry) also has available for use 2 snorkel kits, a couple of low beach chairs and a beach umbrella. Barry was very responsive to any questions I had prior to and during our stay. Property was not very busy during our stay (Dec 1-10) and we were always able to get a chair around the pool. The ceiling fans and the ocean breeze kept us cool throughout our stay. One piece of advice for anyone staying at this property, if you are a light sleeper, you may want to bring earplugs, the roosters do like to rise early! That said, we absolutely LOVED this place and would definitely stay again!

AMAZING
The view!!! We enjoyed sitting on the deck both in the morning and evening to enjoy the view and have quiet conversations. It was wonderful and we would DEFINITELY like to come back.

Nice Place, Gorgeous View from Lanai but needs AC
We loved the view of the ocean and palm trees. The size was perfect and they had items like beach chairs that are very useful. However in August it is too warm and humid there to sleep comfortably without AC. Leaving the patio door and windows open all night helps but its not enough. I would stay here again if it had AC but without it I'll need to find something else for next year. Also the place had not been cleaned when we arrived. We called the property manager, who answered and said there was a miscommunication with her cleaning service. She said someone would be there in a half hour but they did not arrive until 3 hours later. The cleaning person did a great job, was very nice and said she thought we were coming in the next day. I think that the management company needs to have a system where the cleaning people can notify them that a place has been cleaned and is ready. That way if a cleaning person makes a mistake on the day they are supposed to clean the management company will know it before people arrive because they will not have gotten a notice from the cleaner that the place has been cleaned.

Aloha Tim. Mahalo, thank you for your comments. I very much had our discussions on my mind regarding the air conditioner. With your comment I put renewed consideration to install an A/C. As you mentioned, there may be nights in August when air conditioning would be of benefit. Typically the tropic breezes flow through the condo, not always in need of the ceiling and floor fans. Unfortunately, my intention to install an air conditioner was immediately thwarted when I contacted our community board to request guidelines for me to follow. I was informed that the community regulations allow only for portable air conditioning and only for approved medical purposes. I would hope you would have considered a return to our condo. I understand your concern and I appreciate that you allowed us to host your stay. I was not aware of the miscommunication with the housekeeper. I have taken it upon myself to send text reminders to the housekeeper a few days prior to an arrival. So, our housekeeper will now be receiving separate notifications from our Property Manager and from me directly. I apologize for the miscommunication and inconvenience. I appreciate your notification. Any comments from guests are greatly appreciated and help us better serve our guests. Mahalo, Barry

Great host and location, but you need to know...
There is no A/C. This wasn't a big deal to some other reviewers, but my husband and I can't sleep hot and, even with all the window louvres opened, it was very warm in the condo with little breeze. We took cold showers! The kids were better on the pull-out sofabed because they had the balcony door open nearby. There were also bugs due to issues with the screens. The condo is nicely furnished and aesthetically pleasing, however we found a layer of dust on most surfaces. Also, while this location is wonderful, there is a HUGE construction project in between the condo and the restaurants/shopping in Kapa'a. It took us 30-45 min each night to get back to the condo. Check-in process is easy and owner is very accommodating and responsive!

Great location
The view is amazing from the condo, and a great location for being sort of central to everything. My daughter and i hit all "areas" of Kauai while there, and were never far from "home". Barry was very quick to respond to any emails i sent, both prior to and during the trip and gave lots of great local information.

The beach was spectacular! We mostly had it to ourselves in the daytime and also in the evening.
The grounds of the establishment were beautiful. Extraordinarily well kept and it’s a very nice area to enjoy Kauai. We will definitely come again. It’s very quiet and the sunrises are spectacular.

Picture perfect location for visiting Kauai
Kaha Lani 304 was the perfect spot to stay for our first visit to Kauai. It's location is a great base for seeing all that the island has to offer although the view from the lanai of the pool and grounds and ocean and beach beyond make it hard to want to venture out and you could easily have a great holiday here and not leave the property if you chose to. The condo itself is everything promised in the listing and more and has everything you need for your holiday including beach chairs, towels, cooer bag, boogie boards, goggles and fins etc.... It's minutes to the airport and shopping in Lihue and Kapaa and lots of restaurants and food truck options close by as well. The beach in front of the property is beautiful and the sun rises directly in front of the property, it's a great place for morning walks. The Lydgate swimming area is a short walk away along a boardwalk and in the opposite direction there is a nice park area with a large playground for kids. Check in was quick and easy and Barry was great to communicate with. Highly recommend this place to anyone, it's top notch. Mahalo Andrew & Tracey from Canada

Although there were a few hiccups, and there are always hiccups, I give this place 5 stars. The hiccups were minor, still being cleaned upon arrival, coffee maker wasn't working and the hair dryer blew out. The only reason I even list them is because people need to understand things happen...BUT, the part that made it 5 star is that the owner & property manager made everything right in speedy time, and was so gracious in understanding we needed them done. Thats what makes a place top notch! Now, all that said, it was lovely too. Very clean and a great quiet location. I highly suggest this be considered for your next stay. Dee & Steve Wood La Verne, CA

This location is absolutely perfect. The beach in front of the condos is wonderful and we had it to ourselves most days. The pool was refreshing after being out tin the sun and the sea breeze blowing through the condo kept it very comfortable.

The location of this property could not have been better as a central location for our adventures both North and South. We loved the the cool ocean breeze and the proximity to the ocean. There is a lovely paved path between the golf course and the park that fronts the condo. The host was very responsive to all of our inquirys.

Great Views and Location
Kaha Lani is a beautiful complex and the grounds and pool area are kept immaculate! This unit has a lovely view of the grounds, pool, and ocean. There is no A/C, but with all the louvered windows we were comfortable thanks to the constant breeze and the ceiling fans. Spent a lot of time on the lanai enjoying drinks and the great oceans views! Although listed as a "smart," TV, in reality it is not. The TV is not WIFI capable, but does have HDMI and USB ports. Basic cable service is provided on the TV. I assumed I would be able to stream my Netflix, Hulu, etc., but could not, and I didn't bring any Apple-capable connection for the TV. Highly recommend the Tue. & Thur. farmers market nearby at the Coconut Marketplace. Also the Lava Lava Beach Club.

As the atmosphere in Hawai'i is not kind to electronics, we replace failed electronics (virtually) every year. I was not aware that the most recent replacement was not a smart TV – my fault. I apologize for the inconvenience. Today we are installing a smart TV.

Well equipped property. Terrible management.
It could have been a 5 star if it wasn't for the terrible experience upon checking in. The property manager lacked empathy for our needs. The unit di not get "cleaned" until after 9 pm (5 hours after check in) . I expressed how important it was to get into the unit after being on the air/road for 20+ hours, wanting to shower, eat, etc. I contacted the owner as well, but he kept relaying all responsibility to Jane, the property manager who clearly did not care. I called Jane numerous times and left voicemails for the first two days on the property, expressing how filthy the unit was, I offered to clean it my self if I could be provided with the basic cleaning supplies. All I got was "buy the stuff you want at the store". It was a bitter experience right from the start and getting the cleaning fee refunded did not make up for anything as the only things clean in the unit were the linens and towels.

Maggie has every right to be dissatisfied and upset. The condo was not prepared in advance of Maggie’s arrival. Our housekeeper did not receive notice of this reservation received two weeks prior to arrival, more than adequate time to schedule and prepare. I appreciate Maggie’s acknowledgement that, absent this event, we are a 5 star property as evident by our 4.9 average with 40% of our schedule are return guests. We take pride in making the best experience for our guests. In 10 years of ownership this was the first incident we were not prepared… no consolation for Maggie. Despite this failure, I have full confidence in my Property Manager. Our Property Management is a professional Real Estate and Property Management business. This single failure does is NOT deserve a general characterization as “terrible management”. In fact, BBB rating for NaPali Properties, Inc. is "A+". Included in the VRBO Welcome page and in a separate mailing to all our guests are the Property Manager’s office phone number and cell number. Our Property Manager can be reached 24/7. Maggie messaged me after leaving messages at our PM’s office phone. She may not have realized having the cell phone information. My Property Manager was immediately reachable at the cell number. My efforts to address this serious problem was to connect Maggie directly to our PM. And, I stayed engaged with both until there was no further purpose for my involvement. Being six (6) time zones distant from our vacation condo, I employ a reputable PM to be available in the event a guest experiences an issue or there is a need during a stay at the condo. My intentions and my actions were NOT “relaying responsibility”. It was to assure that the problem was adequately addressed. Needless to say I am not pleased with this failure. Our follow up was to compensate Maggie as we could not have otherwise reverse the failure. And, in after the fact discussion my PM proposed measures that would further tighten-up our procedures.

A Jewel!
We stayed in this condo 6 nights and it was great. It’s 10 minutes at most from the airport but we never heard a plane. Check in was super easy and the unit was very clean. It had a beautiful view of the ocean and the pool. The grounds including the pool were very well maintained. A second half bath was nice to have. It’s a third floor walk-up but we didn’t find it an issue at all. There is no beach directly on the property but Lydgate Park with a good beach is right next door with a walking path connecting the two. Not even 5 minutes walk. The unit had beach stuff including towels. I had a couple of little things and contacted the owner who got right back to me within minutes. The condo is in a great location if you want to tour both sides of the Island as it is sort in the middle. The owner had put together lists useful iformation as well. I’d rent again, for sure.

Spectacular sunrise view!
Great location and well kept property. Incredible views and stocked kitchen. We did not have to go out and purchase any essentials they were already there, very nice touch! Loved the cookies you left us too. I would recommend putting a TV in the bedroom, we missed watching the news and movies in bed. We wanted to go swimming one evening and the pool was closed unexpectedly we did not know the reason. There is not an AC in the unit but we did use ceiling fans in the condo and were comfortable. Not sure how well I would fair in hotter season without AC. This is a beautiful property with incredible beaches in walking distance. I would come back again! Lovely place! Highly recommend!

Great location, well appointed interior, lovely pool facility. We would have likely enjoyed it more but the stay was during COVID-19 lockdown. Only potential negatives are 3rd floor location (great view though) with stairs only access and the T. V. Is a little moody. Not sure if it was Spectrum cable or what.

So lovely to see the sunrise o er the ocean,
The setting is outstanding, a wonderful view of the ocean and hearing the waves all night, the pool is calm and the walking path up to Lydgate Park is amazing,,the morning after our arrival, we learned the TV in our condo was not working. We called the front desk and someone came in 5 minutes. Determined a new cable box was needed so he called Spectrum, the cable company, Who came put the next morning, and brought a new box, new remote, and fixed the line in the wall.

Nice condo in a beautiful resort
Realy nice condo on a manicured resort. View from the balcony was amazing (pool and ocean). All facilites were presents to make our stay smooth. The fact that there was no air conditionning was not an issue, as we got a good ocean breeze (except for the 1st night where it got realy hot (90+ degrees with no wind). Only negative comment is that the 'beach' chairs are actually 'camping' chairs, so not has enjoyable on the beach. Other than that, everything was A1 !!. Highly recommend it.

Great property!
Great location with easy drives to all parts of the island. Could hear and see the waves from inside the condo! Great pool that we saw cleaned everyday at 6am. The walking path along the condo is nice for a stroll. Inside the condo, Barry's closet has everything you could ask for! Boogie boards, beach chairs, umbrellas, pool and sand toys for the kids, pool noodles, some pool floats, and even some snorkeling gear. There is also a 12 can sized cooler to pack lunch and drinks for the day. Condo was very clean and nicely sized for a couple or a couple with kids. Might be a little tight for 2 couples as there is only one shower. LOVED the lounge chairs out on the lanai. We did have a small issue getting into the condo because the access reminders that vbro sends had outdated information on them, but calling the property manager and getting it resolved took less than 5 minutes. Barry is asking vbro to update the info, but just ignore the emails from vbro and only read the ones from Barry and you will have the correct info :)

A littlr slice of paradise. Property is centrally located but still secluded. This condo had an amazing balcony with an even more stunning view of the ocean. Access to a beautiful beach that felt like it was your own private hideaway. The host provided all you needed for your beach activities. Only thing missing was air conditioning but the ocean breeze did somewhat make up for it.

Wonderful Stay
Thank you so much for the use of your condo! It was the perfect home base for my family while we vacationed around Kauai. When we walked in we were greeted with stunning pool and ocean views. The space was just as described. We were delighted with the lanai and outdoor furnishings. The condo sits on a great walking path that runs along the beach and leads to a beginners snorkeling spot with picnic tables, bathrooms, and a large playground. We found the best snorkeling beaches to be on the north side of the island, this may have to do with the summer winds blowing in during our stay. Easy drives up to Hanalei Bay and down to Poipu. After spending our days snorkeling, swimming, and hiking, it was great to jump into the pool and relax. An added bonus booking with Barry was the use of beach chairs, an umbrella, beach towels and toys. I would recommend this condo to anyone on their first stay in Kauai. Convenient to airport, restaurants, grocery, Costco, and beaches. Thank you so much! Can’t wait to visit Kauai again!

Paradise
The property is even more beautiful than the pictures. The sand on the beach is powder soft. And it’s only a short walk to Lydegate State Park to swim. The unit had a bunch of extras like a cooler, beach chairs, beach towels and umbrellas. We would love to stay again!

Lovely condo
The condo was perfect for our stay. Very spacious with a wonderful, full size kitchen and beautiful view of the ocean from the lanai. We enjoyed the walking/biking trail located nearby. The pool and BBQ area are well maintained and a nice place to relax after a day at one the many beautiful beaches on Kaua’i. Barry was great to work with and very attentive to our needs! We had a great time and would definitely stay here again.

The most perfect place to stay
The owner of this unit is extremely easy to work with. His unit is wonderful. I have stayed in a lot of units at Kaha Lani, but this unit gets high marks as it is comfortable, very clean, and of course the view doesn't get any better. We had beautiful weather and woke to rain only once in the month of April. Toured Grove Farm, a must; helicopter ride, ATV ride thru the hills. Best places to eat, Portofinos overlooking the harbor, Dukes for mud pie, the Grand Hyatt for lunch (its a stunning hotel just to visit), Waimea Canyon (go early for less cloud coverage). I can't say enough about the aloha of Kauai. Mahalo Barry for making my stay so perfect!

Clean and comfortable unit in a great location
Beautiful, well maintained resort property in a central location but away from the busy tourist hubbub. The unit is clean, roomy, and well appointed with a nice view of the grounds, pool, and ocean. Although it does not have air conditioning, the nearly constant breeze from the tradewinds keeps the unit cool. We will stay here again if we ever make it back to Kauai.

View was spectacular. The responsiveness of owner and property mgmt. was great.
The grounds are lovely. A couple of nights with loud neighbors and not being able to get condo security, however the rest of the time quiet and peaceful. The closeness of Lugate park is nice. Central location on the island for site seeing.

Very nice property
We spent 6 nights here and enjoyed it a lot. Very good location overall, close to Lihue and to Kapaa. The ocean breeze was fantastic. Love the complex, stayed in a different unit 2 years ago and did not regret coming back. My one complaint was the lamps needed brighter bulbs; not enough light to read by at night. Highly recommend. Barry was very helpful in recommending restaurants and activities on the island.

Wonderful Condo
This condo is exactly as advertised. Very clean, beautiful ocean view, heated swimming pool, and a gracious accommodating host. Our plans were somewhat altered due to hurricane Lane, & throughout the process, Barry couldn’t have been more considerate. I highly recommend staying here, & hope to return again!

Property location is great. Loved the beach park next door.
The Condo is going through some much needed updating for the bathroom and kitchen. When those repairs are made it should be very comfortable. The owner has everything you need for cooking and beach time. Be prepared for early morning rooster noise. Overall we really enjoyed the location, the pool, bbq and deck view. Owner was very attentive and returned our security deposit timely.

Mahalo for your review. Our renovation project has been long work in progress. We have been working around a tight rental schedule. This is not a project to fix something that is broken. It is a modernization project. All is complete except some final upgrade in the master bath which is scheduled to be finished shortly. This is a summary of what we have completed: new flooring throughout the condo; brightening paint throughout; new modern ceiling fans; all high end furniture; stainless steel kitchen appliances; renovated half bathroom; in-unit washer/dryer; etc, etc. We do appreciate your comments. You were wonderful guests. We hope you return to Kauai and consider your stay with us again.

Terrific location on the island!
Beautifully maintained unit and terrific views (not oceanfront but ocean view). The three flights of stairs makes it a little difficult for us older folks but we called it our daily exercise. We usually get second floor but if you have the energy..the 3rd flight is worth it for this condo. A little confusion on check in since the lockbox was jammed and we couldn't access the unit until someone was found to come and open it for us. The property manager is in Hanalei at the far north end of the island so they couldn't come and take care of it so they finally located someone who could get a key to us. I was anxious to settle in but the wait in paradise isn't that hard. Well stocked pantry and all the appliances you need to make your stay perfect. We couldn't get the TV to work but we don't go to Kauai to watch television (even though the Golden State Warriors were playing for the finals in basketball) but we would have made that exception to our rule to watch our favorite basketball team play. If this is your first trip to Kauai...this is the absolute perfect location!!!

Let me respectfully respond to your comments: • Our condo is ocean view, as you mention. We advertise it as such. As you said, the views are terrific. I think the pictures we post on VRBO accurately reflect the lanai view. • Our condo is a 3rd (top) floor unit. There are no elevators in the Kaha Lani community. From the street level, one must walk 32 steps to our unit. You inspire me as young-at-heart seniors for your efforts to accept this as daily exercise. The upside of being a top floor unit is the cathedral ceilings and the higher level view of the pool and ocean. • I apologize for the difficulty you had with the lock box. Lock boxes are not forgiving. The dial setting must be precisely aligned before releasing the door lever on the box. As you had difficulty, we now advise our guests prior to their arrival to use extra attention with the lock box. • Our Property Manager is in Hanalai. This does not present a problem for our guests because our housekeeper is in Kapaa – less than 10 minutes from our condo. Our Property Manager arranged for our housekeeper to help you enter the condo. As your arrival was early and you waited for help to arrive, we had you in the condo 2 hours before check-in time. In any event, I offer you my apology for this difficulty. • I appreciate that you reached out to me and we had the chance to talk directly upon your arrival. I wanted so much to help you with the lock box and with the television. The television was purchased in March, less than 2 months prior to your arrival. What can be difficult is that the television and the cable box are separate electronics and the directions (that are provided) to work these devices can be confusing. I so much wanted to connect a 3-way conversation with the cable company while we were on the phone. I accepted your argument not to call because you did not go to Kauai to watch television. But, I am a former college and professional basketball player and I appreciate the disappointment that you could not watch your Golden State Warriors sweep the NBA championship series. We appreciate having you as our guest. We hope if your travels bring you back to Kauai, you would consider having us host your vacation again. And, you can look forward to continue your daily stair exercise. Mahalo.

Perfect location, great amenities
My husband and I stayed at this condo for a full week and couldn't have been happier with our experience. We were scheduled to arrive at LIH late morning, so I reached out to the owner the day before our arrival to ask if we could check in early and he was happy to let us have the condo for those few extra hours. To top things off, he had just had the kitchen updated with new tile floors and brand new appliances (new stainless steel electric stove with microwave/vent above, new dishwasher, and new fridge)...it looked great! We were also greeted with a nice welcome gift of coffee and treats. When we went to make coffee on our first morning, unfortunately the coffee maker seemed to be malfunctioning. I sent Barry a message just to let him know that it needed replaced in hopes that he might switch it out for his next set of guests. He was extremely responsive and had the housekeeper drop off a brand new coffee maker and coffee filters that afternoon. We only cooked breakfast a few times, but the kitchen was well outfitted to handle more. There's a toaster oven and a blender. The rest of the condo was clean, and the furniture pretty comfy, with some nice chaise lounges and table/chairs on the balcony to enjoy the great view. There is no air conditioning in the unit, but the ocean breezes were enough to keep us comfortable (not easy with a husband that loves to blast the AC!). There are ceiling fans in the living room and the bedroom, and 2 stand-up/oscillating fans that were helpful as well. The bathrooms are a bit dated, but they served the purpose (1 full bath with tub/shower, 1 half bath). Plenty of towels and some beach towels available, and we took advantage of the coin-op laundry facilities in the main building to do a few loads of clothes. We also used 2 of the beach chairs and the beach umbrella...there were some other toys/etc available but we didn't try them out. The pool on site is small but nice, good for lounging and taking a laid back dip. The BBQ grills are poolside for everyone's use. The location was really the best for our island exploring....we walked our stuff to Lydgate Beach a few times for swimming, it was centrally located to drive to the north side of the island for more beaches/shopping (45-60 min), similar distance to the south side of the island for catamaran tours, the Wailua River marina is <5 min away for kayaking. Lastly, there are great restaurants in Wailua, Kapaa, and Lihue all a short drive away.

9 days in paradise
We arrived late, in the dark and rain, but managed to find our way thanks to pretty good directions. We awoke to the sound of roosters, and glorious sunshine, to admire the view from our lanai. Barry and Mandy, you have a beautiful place. The complex is impeccably maintained, the pool is warm, and your condo is very well equipped, we lacked for nothing. Long walks on the beach, and the path to Lydgate Park were part of our morning ritual. Kauai is a beautiful island. There is so much to see, and everything is within driving distance from Kaha Lani. The location is central and perfect for getting to all parts of the island. Shopping is close by, in Lihue and Kapaa. We had a fabulous stay, and would definitely recommend Kaha Lani #304. Thanks.

As advertised. Had a great stay. My only advice is to stay longer. 9 days is not enough!
Everything was great. Especially fun location for kids. The pool is clean and very well maintained, and the protected lagoon a short walk away was great for teaching my 5 and 7 year olds how to snorkel. Close to Kapa'a, and not too far from south and north shore day trips. Can't wait to go back!

Paradise Found!
This was our 6th trip to the island, and #304 Kaha Lani was the best place we have stayed thus far! The view is absolutely beautiful, and the location is great. Lydgate Park and the jogging/walking path is right near by, and Kaha Lani is secluded enough to make you feel secluded.The furniture is new, the king size bed has a very comfortable mattress, the kitchen is well equipped, and the atmosphere is perfect for relaxing. Kaha Lani has a nice pool, grills for use, nice tennis court, and the grounds are immaculate. Barry, the owner, goes out of his way to make your stay the best, and Bernadette, the property manager, is a wonderful and helpful person to deal with. I cannot say enough about how much we enjoyed our stay here, and we will definitely be back - and will highly recommend it to our friends!

Lovely condo!
We had the best time here! Very central location to all parts of the island. Beautifully manicured property with a stunning view of the pool and ocean. Barry was very professional and thoughtful when we had an issue. Would have been nice to have laundry in suite to do beach towels as they got quite dirty after being lugged to the beach daily. Would definitely stay here again. Thanks Barry!
