Me gusto mucho el hotel, fue desagradable que habían pelos de animales en los muebles y alfombras, eso indica que el aseo podría mejorar mucho. También deben reparar los drenajes de las duchas porque tienen dañadas las tapaderas.

Booking super easy. Staff was very friendly and helpful! Our room was great. However, breakfast is a super important option for us and on the website it advertised w/ pics of biscuits and gravy, no gravy, oatmeal no oatmeal, and they advertised a couple different omlets and bacon; also which they didn't have and we didn't really like the juice. Basically if you would have had everything for breakfast that was listed on your website I would have gave you an excellent score.

The walls are paper thin. There were people next door each night being loud and loud tv, and then again at 5 am. We were right next to an exit and that door was slammed every 15 min every night till well after midnight. I had to request a hair dryer and new to me if you stay more than one night your room is only cleaned on request. For 150.00 a night it was definitely not worth it. The staff wasn't very pleasant when i would request what should have been in my room to begin with. Breakfast was pretty slim. No fruit. Bagels were a week old at best.

Clean and spacious room. Pool was super clean and fun for my girls. It was very quiet and well kept. Breakfast was good. The front desk was super helpful too! Would stay again.

The staff met all my needs as I am handicapped. Bed and pillows were very comfy. Everything was clean. I wish they had more to offer for breakfast. No fresh fruit was available.

I called hotels around asking about pool availability. I chose this because someone (or ai?) said the pool was working and open. We got there and there was a sign saying pool closed for maintenance you can use the Fairfield hotel pool next door if you wanted to swim which was nice but not what we were expecting since pictures of HI pool is what we were expecting. So 3 for service because of that.

This property is less appealing than most Holiday Inn Express. Not easy to locate, bathroom was not as clean as I expect, checkin staff not as friendly.

Above & beyond.
Clean and friendly staff. They went above & beyond for us. Our team had to leave super early & they opened breakfast early for them. I even had an issue with an ice machine & the friendly maintenance man was right there to help me out.

Have stayed here several times and its a nice hotel, just off the interstate. There are several name brand hotels clumped together near the airport. It feels a little sketchy as its in an industrial area, but ive walked my dog here the at least 6 or 7 tines weve stayed here and never had anything close to a problem. Good, fairly priced, clean hotel.
