El Weatherly es elegante, espacioso y muy limpio. La habitación delantera es acogedora con su chimenea de gas, balcón oceánico y cómodos asientos. ¡El sofá se convierte en un sofá cama doble por la noche, junto a la puerta corredera de cristal y los sonidos del océano! La cocina cuenta con todos los electrodomésticos (menos un lavaplatos) y comodidades para servir una comida completa o un refrigerio. Sube 15 escaleras (con pasamanos a ambos lados) en el segundo nivel, por lo que nada estropea el disfrute de las mareas y las olas en constante cambio. El cómodo dormitorio tiene una cama queen, mesitas de noche y luces.

Es muy fácil salir y caminar hasta el borde del césped y disfrutar del aire y las vistas del océano, mirando hacia abajo desde el acantilado para ver las piscinas de marea y las personas en la playa de abajo.

No fumar en el condominio o en el balcón. No hay animales de servicio o mascotas en nuestro condominio privado. No cocinar mariscos en el condominio, por favor.

¡TRAIGA BINOCULARES en tu viaje! Desde aquí, puedes ver barcos, ballenas, personas, pájaros y vehículos atrapados en la arena ... ¡muy divertido!

¡Traiga su propia barbacoa para disfrutar en la playa, o traiga un poco de leña para encender una fogata en la playa! (¡La madera flotante es a menudo húmeda y difícil de comenzar sin madera seca de casa!).

Incredible Stay

We'll be back

Very nice room with an awesome view and easy access to the beach. Only issue was some very loud noise from cars doing donuts on the beach late at night. Fortunately, these events were fairly brief.

Great Trip/Great Location

We chose this property to celebrate our anniversary and the owner took the time to leave us an anniversary card and even left some peanut butter-filled M&Ms! Everything was clean and functional. Access was easy and worked exactly as promised. The property location was awesome! It sits right above the paved beach access in the heart of town. There was plenty to do within walking distance.

Great value for the price

Not the newest, not the greatest, but what a great value. The room was clean and easy to find. The warning about the parking was on point, so follow the instructions that were sent, and if you ever had a room with a full kitchen, wash the dishes before you use them. I am not blaming the cleaning staff, but the previous guest. Other than that, will visit again, thanks!

Property management

I don’t know how much I paid in fees but part of those fees go to a property manager and they are failing this owner. The property manager knew furniture had been damaged previously and did not replace it which makes owner look bad. When property owner found out we didn’t have chairs and we were told to go buy them and be reimbursed on our vacation that’s not what we planned to donon our vacation. Also, how do you not have a wine opener in wine country?

Ocean views

We stayed here while in town for a wedding; we could not have made a better choice. Location is great. It is literally only a few steps from being in the sand and in the ocean. There is nothing like falling asleep and waking up to the sounds of the waves crashing on the beach just outside your window. This suit was a perfect size for our small family of three. Everything was clean and check in was a breeze. We will definitely be staying here again.

Very short walk to ocean, beautiful view from balcony window, very clean bathroom. Kitchen could have wine bottle opener, pot holders and salt. Not all burners worked on stove.

Unfortunate mixup...

We have stayed here before and were looking forward to doing so again, unfortunately, do to unforeseen circumstances, the room got double booked and all other rooms were filled as well so we were unable to stay here this trip. The manager was truly sorry for the hassle and gave us a full refund with all apologies. We will definitely try here again on our next visit. The lowest star ratings are due to not actually getting to stay this visit and for VRBO confirming a non-usable reservation, On all previous occasions it has been five star all the way and I expect it to be so for the next visit.

Winter getaway

We had a lovely stay. The condo is perfect for a couple (and the price can’t be beat)! The owner of the property answered any questions we had (before and during stay) very promptly, and sent people immediately to help us when we couldn’t figure out how to get the fireplace to turn on. Our primary goal when visiting the Coast is to be able to watch the ocean from our place and have easy access to the beach. This condo fits both of those goals! The only reason we rated the location a 4 instead of a 5 is because the condo is immediately above the area of the beach where cars drive onto the beach and people can build campfires there. It was okay in the winter (but more crowded than we had anticipated) but we are concerned that it would be very loud at night in the summer months when more people have evening parties on the beach directly below the condo. Other than that, we wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and have even suggested that our son and his partner stay here for a few days next January when they visit from New York City.

Loved this place

This property was great overall, and a super value for the money. Would definitely recommend it to others. Very quiet condo - we never heard other tenants at all. The bed was super comfortable! The only issue was that the chain inside the toilet tank came off a couple of times and we had to dive in to fix it. Perhaps new "innards" should be installed? Other than that, no issues.

Winter Trip

The weather was harsh but the room was warm and comfortable. We enjoyed our mid-winter stay. We did a lot of wave watching and liked seeing the extreme tides. We had several minor problems and people were quick to help us.
