Perfect!

The accommodations at this townhouse were perfect! The townhouse is VERY nice! We had everything we needed for the long weekend. We were in the area for a family reunion, which was held about 10 minutes away in Vale. We enjoyed the town of Lincolnton as well. If we ever get back to that area to visit relatives, we would definitely stay there again!

The nightmare property #3334081

Filthy, Damaged, no operation manual or contact #, previous tenants had been there 2 months and destroyed the place. When we arrived at 4pm to check in the cleaning person was still working to clean up the mess that was left by the tenants that left earlier that day and she was very apologetic about the condition of the property. We were there for a family funeral and did not appreciate the mess that we walked into.

The overall place and location were Great!!But the place could have been cleaner, there were bugs on the floor, sheets werent that clean, had to wash all sheets, before we could even sleep on them.The place was dusty! I was under the impression there would be shampoos and condition were suppose to be included. And only one garbage bag for each bathroom We stayed 3 days!Overall the location was great for us, as we closed on a home which was only 8 mins from our location.I thoughts we wer

Very nice property

It’s a beautiful place! The location is great rebut it’s on a busy road with fast traffic. The cars were going fast but it wasn’t very difficult to enter or exit the property. The house is well maintained. Not recommended for small children or anyone with a handicap. The bedrooms are all upstairs and the stairs are quite steep. Ivy management is very quick to respond and they even send reminders when to brings trash out to the road for pickup. The king bed in the master bedroom is quite firm. All of the downstairs furniture is comfortable and beautiful. The kitchen has pretty much everything you need ! If I weren’t handicapped I would definitely stay there again and I may just stay there even though I am. It’s so nice and comfortable. There is a nice backyard and porch in front and back. The lighting outside is very helpful. The master bathroom/dressing room/closet and walk in shower are all amazing. We really enjoyed our stay!

New Property!

We enjoyed our stay over the July 4th weekend. The property was new and clean and had everything we needed. It slept 4 adults and 2 teens. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped. We enjoyed evenings on the deck watching the beautiful sunsets. I highly recommend this property when in Lincolnton area!
