My family and I have stayed in this apartment from July 6 to July 16. Ten nights We are four people. They forced us to give them the fee in hand in cash and they did not give us a receipt. On arrival we found that what was described in the ad as two single beds in one room was a single pull-out bed. It was completely broken. You can't sleep in it. The supposed three beds in the apartment had been converted into a single double bed. Two of us could not sleep in one bed. One of us slept on a mattress on the floor and another on a sofa. We communicated this to the owner the first day we arrived before spending the first night. For the first six days he didn't even answer us. After the sixth night out of ten, after threatening him legally, he sent a technician who put some unscrewed planks on the broken bed, pretending that he had repaired it. The remaining four nights one of us was able to sleep in that bed and another had to continue sleeping on a sofa.
The apartment also had a hole in the ceiling from which water was leaking. The technician saw it and said it was because the roof of the apartment was broken. But he didn't fix it. He said he would fix it when we left.
The apartment drains drained badly. But he did not repair them. He said he would fix it when we left.
The terrace was very dirty and covered in dust, although they charge an additional fare for cleaning. We were told that it was due to a neighboring construction site and that it was not their fault.
The owner has refused to give us fair financial compensation for this disastrous state of an apartment that, due to its high price, had to be in perfect condition.
