Front desk staff were so helpful with recommendations for dining and shopping since the hotel was not within the immediate historic area and had less options. Easy walk to Eduardo VIl Park for meeting tour groups.

Hotel is very clean and modern. It is also in walking distance to the many restaurants, shopping centers, tourist spots, etc. The breakfast buffet is exceptional and all staff were ultra friendly and amazing! We will definitely stay at Zurin Charm Hotel again soon.

The hotel is very clean and charming. A bit tight for 3 people but since we just stayed overnight, it was ok. The area seems far from the main attractions. Didn’t use public transportation at this time and I cannot comment on that. The young person at the front desk Mohammad who checked us in was very helpful and nice. No waiting for our room and got it earlier than the usual check in time. The room is very cozy, lighting and even the sofa bed is very comfortable. Bathroom is quite small and tight. Overall the stay was pleasant.

The staff were outstanding. Anderson at the front desk and Bapina (sic) from the restaurant we’re wonderful. Very professional and efficient. The cleaning staff too, such lovely ladies. Very convenient location for exploring, walking, shopping, cafes and accessing public transportation and/or sightseeing.

Wasn’t impressed with check in or reception in general. Only the evening night guy seamed to know how to smile. The wall até my iPhone charger…. Just vaporized or was mistaking for wall garbage. Of 20 Lisbon hotels visited rates at the bottom. Bed was very comfortable!!

Hotel is beautiful, easy public transportation from the airport, within the city and top sightseeing places. Receptionist is friendly, Room is clean, new towels and bedsheet, good mattress, two elevators on both side of the hall. The only thing is you can hear airplane close to landing if you are a light sleeper. Overall, I might visit again for the price and the amenities provided.

Foi uma grata surpresa, amamos, o atendimento do Wanderson foi maravilhoso, tanto que tive um contratempo, as camareiras utilizaram água sanitária em algo que caiu na cama, não vi, sentei com uma saia de couro, ficou manchada a minha saia novinha, triste, mas o pessoal no hotel foi tão atencioso que não tive nem coragem de reclamar! Retornarei com certeza!

Hotel novinho por dentro, quarto limpo, porém um pouco pequeno para quem está com 2 malas grandes e 2 pequenas. Cama confortável, mas o colchão afunda. Café da manhã é bom para o padrão Europa.

Never got to stay at the Zurin. Air conditioning wasn’t working and they could not relocate us to another room in the hotel. Had to wait after a long day of travelling to see if they could resolve the problem. Caterina the only staff member at the hotel was excellent in trying to fix the issue. It’s not right that there’s no maintenance person on site. Anything could happen and it all falls on the front desk person to handle. In the end, we went to stay at another hotel. Air conditioning and room conditions were not better there either!!!! What an experience.

I would give it 4.5 stars. Convenient location. Clean room. Modern decor. Very friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast is not elaborate but the food tasted pretty good. The area around the hotel is certainly not the nicest part of Lisbon but reasonably safe.

It is an excellent hotel--I stayed in three during my visit to the Lisbon area and this one was the best. One thing that might need improvement is soundproofing--when my neighbor watched TV I heard it very clearly.

Hôtel est propre et grandeur des chambres est bien. Dois marcher au moins 12-15minutes avant de trouver magasin et se rendre à des sites plus achalandés; pas de café à proximité de l’hôtel. Petit déjeuner non inclus.

Conveniently located and a gorgeous hotel. The Comfort of the bed raise the bar. The staff where knowledgeable and very helpful. Never been to an hotel where the staff acted like I was family, the owner even gave me a ride to the hop on and off bus. I highly recommend anyone to stay and I will definitely book again.
