I think the hotel has a great location. There’re several restaurants and shops around, and very centric and close to some attractions of the city. The staff is great, and the overall concept of the hotel (based on art) is lovely and very enjoyable. If you are staying at the hotel, you can get a discount at their bar at the terrace, which has a very good view of the city…however I think they can do a little better in terms of the cocktails they do offer.

Muy original pero ruidoso...
El Hotel se encuentra en ubicado en el corazón del centro histórico de Lisboa y cerca de la línea del metro y paradas de transporte público. La decoración es fantástica y muy original. Las habitaciones son mas lindas que funcionales y a mi parecer hace falta sitio para colocar las cosas (repisas, mesitas) también en el baño. La cama doble es muy pequeña y la habitación de los padres tiene 2 camas separadas. Nuestros hijos (niño 13 y niña 12 años) no quisieron dormir en la cama doble y para una pareja de personas altas esta es demasiado pequeña (1.40x 2 mts). Las ventanas no son muy gruesas con lo cual se cuela mucho ruido de la calle, sobre todo el de la construcción de enfrente que comienza a trabajar a veces hasta las 4am!!! y normalmente a partir de las 5am. Por otro lado, dado que el edificio es viejo no esta bien aislado contra el ruido, comenzando porque el piso es de madera original de esa que truena al caminar. La mala suerte fue que nuestros vecinos de arriba parecían no dormir o lo hacían a horarios muy diferentes a los nuestros con lo cual era difícil conciliar el sueño por el crujir de la madera con cada paso. Los dueños debieran, antes de rentar habitaciones, asegurarse de que este factor este controlado. No dormimos ni una noche bien y de corrido.

Great location in the heart of Lisbon with everything walkable or easy to catch an Uber from the street. We stayed in the apartments across the street, which is quite an old building - quirky and unique interior design, which we liked, strange musty smell in the apartment which was not so great. Tv in my family’s room was not working and some wall fixtures were broken. Cool place to stay for a few nights, though I probably wouldn’t stay more than that. The lobby and rooftop bar were the highlight for sure, and also the location as mentioned earlier.

The smell in the hall area wasn't really that awesome. I assume they are trying to fix the old carpet/wall smell with some air fresheners but it is not much better either. Gave my girlfriend a headache. Otherwise, it is a nice hotel, with a great location, and friendly stuff. Just not a place to stay for smell-sensitive folks.

We enjoyed every aspect of our stay. We had a hiccup at check-in with the type of room (I thought I'd) I reserved. They quickly fixed it for us and I was grateful for the help. The breakfast is very fresh and has a variety of options. We loved grabbing a little bit and planning our day ahead each morning. The location is wonderful – easily walkable to so many things and also near a Metro stop. We would definitely return!

What a fun and eclectic place to stay! The location is perfect. We came with no car and this was ideal. Dining grocery, pharmacy, cafes, sight seeing—all in walking distance. The staff is great and very quick to respond to needs. Excellent and fun place!

God beliggenhet,og gangavstand til mange severdigheter,shopping,restauranter,barer etc. Var noen ting som hadde vært bra å ha på plass i leiligheten som for eks strykejern,vinopptrekker og saks. Vi overnattet 5 netter,og var mye inn og ut av resepsjonen. Vi opplevde vel alt i alt 2 ganger hvor de i resepsjonen sa hei til oss. De sto mest å så på pc eller var opptatt med å prate med hverandre. Dette var ikke så farlig for oss men det å være litt oppmerksom ovenfor gjestene ville gjort opplevelsen enda bedre og hyggeligere :) Men alt i alt er vi fornøyd med oppholdet.
