Very well ubicated . Fast and easy to check in and out . Friendly personnel. The only thing I am not so pleased to its for the breakfast in general. But also because I stayed in last summer too and on this my second visit I found out the hotel has the same or at least the same brand of waffle machine that doesn’t work properly. Anyway I had a pleasant time and would stay in again. Thanks

Close to shopping, fast food, and hop on hop off buses. Once we got the hang of it- very convenient location. Nice breakfast, and helpful staff.

room and comfort ok but only told about the need to pre-book car park at hotel is not run by them and have to use 3rd party app - guess what - fully booked - I booked hotel months ago and could have booked car park then sucessfully.Breakfast is a joke being warned that unless very early would have to queue and 1st come 1st served! If these major points had been highlighted I would not have booked - guess that's why they don't !

Property was lovely quiet and in a perfect location the only negative I have is that breakfast was disappointing choice was ok but there was just something if you compare it to others

The staff at the hotel were very welcoming, friendly and our dog loved the treat they provided! The room was a decent size, clean and comfortable. Despite staying on a Friday night in a busy area, it was quiet and we got a good night's rest. Breakfast is disappointing for vegans as it's very limited. The chairs used at breakfast were pretty grim and covered in stains. The car park is a decent size - we'd recommend booking via the app to guarantee a space - though the pricing seems inconsistent.

The room was ok, although the sofa bed was made up as if there was someone else due to be booked in to the room. Parking was in the basement for £40 where I parked from 8pm to 10 am the next day - extortionate. Breakfast was scrappy with a limited menu and there didn't seem to be enough staff on to cope.

I paid 200 pound for a whole families to stay in their family room. It was tiny dirty. The beds was terrible. The food was terrible. The staff was terrible. Absolutely everything about it. I will not be staying here again.

Lack of dropped curbs around the outside of the hotel, as a wheelchair user everytime we left or returned to the hotel i had to dtive my chair on the road to the drop off point as there are NO dropped curbs anywhere. Unfortunately alot of Liverpool turned out to be like this.

When we got to our room the wardrobe door was off its runners and the window didn't have a latch and the sofa bed was out of alignment and twisted so you couldn't sit on it. The second room they gave us the telephone didnt work, no tv remote and again there was a problem with the sofa bed. On the first morning they were still setting up breakfast even though we were there at least an hour after the start time. The coffee machines worked intermittently. Also the carparking is very expensive.

Brilliant hotel for a short stay in Liverpool. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and everything you needed. Good choice at breakfast though it was a little busy and crowded at peak times. The hotel is really convenient for Albert Dock and Liverpool one, both within easy walking distance.

Beds are too hard and stiff. We all had bad backs. Rooms too warm - climate control didn’t resolve it. Room too small for a family of four. All in all quite disappointing but good location.

Staff all great. Let down by firstly, the computer system. Slowest check-in we’ve ever experienced. And secondly hotel condition/layout. Staff had to advise customers when to attend breakfast to avoid over subscription and the bathroom door was broken in the room.

Have stayed here previously as it's convenient for shopping in Liverpool One and also close to Albert Dock/Arena area. Spacious comfortable rooms. Parking available in underground car park for a few.

One of the bath towels was filthy. The breakfast staff stood around talking when tables needed clearing when the place was very busy. The price of drinks at the bar was extortionate. Have used this hotel on quite a few occasions but I doubt if I'll go back. Finally took about 20 mins to check in when there was only one person in front of me and was asked for payment when I had already paid on booking

Saavuimme yöllä yhdentoista aikaan, niin respa oli vailla maksua yöpymisestä vaikka kaikki oli maksettu ennakkoon. Uskoivat viimein vastentahtoisesti kun näytin kuitin Hotels.com sivuiltani. Aamiainen oli heikko. Yövyimme 5 yötä niin kahtena aamuna oli vaan kinkkua ja juustoa leivän päälle. Vohveli rauta ei toiminut kunnolla ja vohvelinpaisto piste oli erittäin sotkuinen. Pekonia, munakokkelia, papuja ja makkaraa oli jokaisena aamuna tarjolla. Sijainti oli hyvä, helppo liikkua kävellen kaupungin nähtävyyksiin ja kauppoihin. Huone oli moitteeton, samoin siivous.
