Needs some work

There is some safety issues. There is some plugs that don't work in the big bunk room and Some in the kitchen that are unsafe. No covers and one broke. The floor into the small bunk is broken and unsafe with bare feet .the pool was not clean. The trash cans were full when we got there. The washer doesn't work.

Place is nice and spacious but needs some TLC

First off posting the negatives for owner to be aware but we’d consider staying again so take these for how they are meant. The house needs some relatively minor maintenance. Our biggest complaint was pool pumps not working and water felt gross and was unusable. We were on the lake first day so didn’t notice issue until second day. The back sliding door needs repair, patio furniture needs cushions replaced, some ceiling fans don’t work, coffee pot has no lights which makes it hard to tell if on. Toilet paper and towel racks don’t exist. The WiFi instructions wrong…need to look at bottom of box for correct password. Fence was down which wasn’t a huge deal as our dogs don’t wander far. Getting to dock was literally “walking a plank”. The house itself is really large and spacious with plenty of room to spread out and lots of beds. Kitchen is nice, LOTS of dishware. House is in a nice location 10 to 20 min drive to restaurants and groceries. Overall accommodations are in line with price and would be a 5 star review if a days worth of repairs made. I recommended Lake Life for boat rental and their brewery, they are about 15 minutes away.

Relaxed by the pool. Went fishing- boat dock was nice. Everyone enjoyed it. Rooms were comfortable.

Weekend lakehouse trip

The house was nice and roomy. Plenty of space for comfort. The kitchen was well stocked with what you need to entertain a large group. The pool was poorly kept. All the trash bins were full when we arrived. Also, trash was piled up in the backyard, not well kept. We had to do clean up before everyone arrived. Many broken items in the house. The ac and light remotes did not have batteries so we had to remove and use just to turn off lights in the rooms The air conditioner would not cool the house well. We had plumbing issues with the toilets as well.

We stayed for the weekend to attend a family event-we travelled three separate families, and the property had more than enough room for all of us! Great views and very comfortable!

Family Christmas on the Lake

First, my family and I had an AMAZING time. The property looked as advertised. It was very spacious and accommodated my family and I perfectly. The property owner was quick to respond whenever we had questions and very easy to work with. There were a few issues. Most of the electrical outlets in the kitchen did not work. The garbage disposal did not work and there was a little wear and tear on the furniture. Besides those MINOR issues, everything was great and I would recommend booking this property. There were 31 of us in the house and we were comfortable.

Not good-don’t recommend

We were very excited to stay at this property, the pictures looked amazing! After we walked in the front door, it was all downhill. Half of the light switches and outlets don’t work, outlet covers are falling off the wall. Broken floors throughout the house, cracks, throughout the house, looks like mold above one of the windows in a bedroom. Bathroom fans not working, doors not locking. Outside was a disaster, I was scared my dog would get hurt with the broken picnic table in pieces on the grass along with big fencing poles laying on the ground.Every inch of furniture and rugs in the entire house was dirty, and stained. The worst part was the back king bedroom, the box spring was broken so the entire king bed had a sink hole in the middle. Imagine the shape of a taco. That’s what it looked it. I read another review that mentioned the broken bed i thought surly they fixed it. Nope! We had to endure that bed for 4 nights, didn’t get any sleep! Wanted to move to the couch but it was so filthy the bed was better. The heat wasn’t working in the bunkhouse/garage. Someone did come out right away and tried working on it. He ended up leaving 2 space heaters as it was going to be in the 40’s at night. That was the only positive thing, they did respond quickly with the heaters. I definitely would NOT stay here again, I did leave them a message telling them that. They apologized but didn’t mention fixing any of the issues.

The Quiet Place.

Every person that came with us had a fantastic time. There were 13 of us and the house was a perfect size even though it would have been great with more people staying there. The layout of the back was great also The pool on one side The large sitting area next to it then 20 feet from that area going to the dock was a nice sitting area. We will definitely go back
